I did my research ahead of time, but I had a hard time believing this was the best place to eat in town. But the food really is pretty bad all around Bryce for dinner, and this place really is really good. If you are going to Bryce / Tropic, do yourself a favor and have at least one meal... More

The cowboy burger with its fried egg on top was great! Very pleasant experience sitting outside. Onion rings were good too.

It's the standard sort of burgers and fries, but the bacon cheeseburger was cooked nicely and the onion rings were very tasty. The burger patty was obviously handmade from good quality beef. Nice flavor. They do it right.

I was not expecting to get the best burger I had in the US from a trailer in a gravel parking lot in Tropic, Utah. But that's what happened. Our Cowboy and the Bryce Canyon burgers were outstanding. Good quality meat, nice bread and tasty sauce. Perfect ending to a wonderful day!

The first night we ate at the Cowboy Grill it was great and we were so impressed with our Hawaiian Burger and fries that we planned to eat there again the next night. The Hawaiian was a delicious burger with ham and grilled pineapple, it was the best burger ever. The fries were hot and crispy and so nicely seasoned.... More

This food trailer sits right at Bryce Canyon Log Cabins. The food we got was very good. However, we were the very first customers and my husband wanted one of their BBQ hot dogs and root beer, and we were told they didn't have any hot dogs or root beer. He quickly chose something else and it was great. I... More

The burger was really good but the fries were half-cooked and lame. Have 2 burgers and you will be happy. The location is very convenient.

It's fresh so it'll take some time, there's no beer... But we enjoyed a mouthwatering meal - one of the best burgers we had so far. Just give it a try! NJAM!

We stayed at the cabins next door so it was no-brainer for us to try the burgers. They were delish and best of all made from scratch with fresh ingredients.
