I'm not from Salt Lake City so I've only eaten here once. The hummus was terrific and the Lamb Tagine was spectacular. The service was good and we chatted with the owner for a while after we ate and he was very friendly. If I'm ever back in SLC this is the one restaurant I MUST go to again.

Walking in the door, we were impressed - attentive service, nice decor, nice music. The menu looked good, too. Then the meal came - right off the steam table in the kitchen with no flavor or spices. Won't be back.

I ate at Cedar's of Lebanon for the first time in 1999. I have never been disappointed. Their Yalla Vegan Platter is amazing and they serve up some of the best falafel I've ever had. I am going there again tonight for dinner and I am super excited about it. Some of the reviews say the service is slow, but... More

Husband and I went for dinner because we wanted to try something new. Our server was friendly, but was a bit inattentive to our drink levels (it was hot outside and we downed our waters fairly quickly, which he didn't seem to notice for a few minutes). The food was fantastic, I got the chicken pastilla which was delicious! We... More

Tried a few dishes I didn't know anything about per waiter's recommendation and it was good. Nice drink with mint per suggestion and that was good. Pleasant ambiance. Very nice food. I would come here again.

This was a great dining experience. My husband and I got there at 5:00 when they opened and only one other couple was there so it was nice and quiet. The decor of the restaurant really adds to the experience. The aroma when we entered made me excited to try the food. It smelled so good! The food was amazing!... More

I found this restaurant this year. It has excellent choices of Moroccan and Lebanese foods. I have a fave Turkish restaurant at home, so I was looking for Mid-Eastern food on this trip. I was very pleased. Waiter suggested a wine of my two choices. I will definitely go back.

How do I begin...Well I have been coming to Salt Lake City for a few years for work and have dined at most of the known local restaurants. I occasionally drive past Cedars of Lebanon and since I enjoy Lebanese food I decided to stop by. We walked in and were seated at a table by the window, before I... More

Nice atmosphere and good food. The waiter was also very friendly. I had the hummus appetizer and chicken shawarma dinner. Both were very good and the portions were generous.

I am a great admirer of Middle Eastern food - I live lamb, kebabs, humus, and such. When I saw Cedars of Lebanon close to the hotel where I was staying I convinced my colleagues to try it out for an early dinner. We almost passed by it as it is quite unassuming and seems like a hole in the... More
