Nice Sit Down Lunch

I had a nice restaurant lunch at the Forklift. Its next to the tram & very convinient. My friend & I both had burgers. They were tasty & freshly cooked. The food here is much better than Mid Gad. The food at Mid Gad sucked. I think that the best options for lunch at SB are the Forklift or... read more

Lunch today took a very long 2 hours on a ski day. Are you kidding me?! The server, and manager, responded admirably the food arriving a full 60 mins after order just isn't acceptable. We were told the kitchen isn't big enough to cope. This place needs a major renovation. Until then, go to Creekside down at gadzoom for a... More

When you are skiing at the Snowbird Resort in the early season, your lunch options are limited. If you want something other than a slice of ghastly pizza or a sandwich from the deli, two flights of stairs below the plaza level, you are relegated to eating at the Forklift restaurant. In the past the food has been merely adequate... More

Went to Oktoberfest at snowbird and after wandering around decided on some brunch. Forklift restaurant had to wait for over an hour just to get in(not real busy just limited staff) were seated and order taken...an hour later still no food. called over mgr and was informed that restaurant has real small kitchen and there were at least 20 orders... I would avoid this place in every way possible. The worst food after a 40 min wait and rude servers.

During our stay, we ate breakfast several times. The food was good. The dill hash browns drool-worthy (my husband's code word for excellent) . Above all, the servers, hostess etc. were very personable and interesting to talk to.

Right on Snowbird plaza, this is in the middle of all the action. While it's not haute cuisine, it's nicely prepared, and not too expensive considering you are at a resort. We had burgers and a turkey-avocado sandwich, with fries. For once, the amount of fries was fine--not a gigantic portion no one should ever eat. Our burgers were nicely... More

Food was really good, and the views are just as nice! Be prepared to spend a pretty penny, though! Try the pancakes or french toast!

We stopped in here for an early lunch during a day off from skiing. We waited at the "please wait to be seated" sign and were finally greeted by a bus boy who didn't seem to know what was going on. We chose a table near the back within view of the kitchen. There were only 4 tables seated, including... More

What is the opposite of apre-ski? My wife and I had breakfast here every morning before hitting the slopes. It's very convenient - right near the tram loading area and the exit to Peruvian lift - and since our lodge didn't have a restaurant eating here was a no-brainer. The breakfast menu had everything from huge omelets to a bowl... More
