Went here with a large business group. Enjoyed the cable car ride prior to meal. Actually enjoyed ride more than meal. Service was good as was food BUT prices match the altitude--HIGH! I enjoy a good steak but their entree prices really exceed the quality served. Time to upgrade decor and make some positive changes to justify cost or moderate... More

The food and service here were so good we wanted to eat dinner here again the next night before we left to go the airport but there was too long of a wait. Do not miss this place if you come to snowbird. We ordered their artichoke appetizer, filet, ribeye and a bottle of wine. Everything was delicious including the... More

I'll start this off on a good note. The food at the Steak Pit was really good. Expensive, but good. My ribeye was one of the best I've ever had. My wife's filet was also very good. They were both cooked perfectly. Our salads, a DIY affair, were also very good, as was the bread and the side orders. Things... More

Our waiter was not only knowledgeable about the food, but the mountain as well. He shared his knowledge of runs that only the locals know. The steaks were came grilled to perfection and were nicely accompanied by sides. Although on property, this restaurant was no more expensive than any similar high-end steak restaurant elsewhere. Very good and a great late... More

we ate their at the end of February. I would say only eat here if you are sick of going to Aerie and Shallow Shaft, as those are the best places in the area. My wife had a 'mediocre' pork chop and I had a 44$ steak, that was good but damn, this place is not worth it. On top... More

I admit that my recollection of an earlier visit 5-6 years ago conflicted with the poor reviews; yet, memory served my sons and I quite well indeed. We had friendly competent service by Michael who offered informed choices to our queries and was attentive in his manner. I had perfectly done tenderloin, sons had sirloin and ribeye also done to... The worst service I have had in years. Over priced, food from the 40's. The server, Crystal, spilt 2 drinks on my friend & said, "I don't know what to do", then walked away without doing anything. We got a towel and clean the table ourselves & payed for the overly priced, spilt martini. The food was over cooked &... More

Not a great value, but ok food... Had the steak Oscar medium rare & it was well done... I think it is the same steak & sauce as the fancier Aerie Resteraunt near by. The place is in a hole & has limited beers & wine... Probably some better values at other places.

I went with some workmates on a week day. Service was good. The meal was served in a very reasonable timeframe. The family style salad was fine as was the bread. The steaks real good. I had the 7 oz sirloin and baked potato. Just the right amount of food. It also was half the price of the filet. The... More

We loved the service we received here and the food was excellent. However, if our company had not been footing the bill, we probably would not have eaten here simply because of the prices. Your main entree runs between $26 - 50. For that price since I think the ambiance here is a bit too dark, dated and slightly too... More
