Scones are the thing to eat there but the meals are mediocre at best. Gravy tasted like it was out of a jar and the whole meal wasn't very good. Nobody at my table really liked their meal, outside of the scones.

I've been here before.... Usually have the Country Fried Steak. But tonight after a great motorcycle ride on the old Pony Express Trail and circling through Eureka, Utah back to I-15, I needed a good home-cooked dinner. Family Tree is filled with family photos of kin long gone, or until you look closely at the few newspaper stories of the... More

I've never been disappointed with the food at Family Tree (the scones are Fantastic!) However, it is often a little disappointing to see the bill at the end for my small family.

We have visited "The Family Tree" many times throughout the years and have gone back because the food was great, portions were large and the value was great. Times have changed and this restuarant is not what it used to be. We visited on a Friday night at dinner time. There was one couple in the restuarant when we walked... More

If you want standard meals at restaurants with cookie cutter decor, go to IHOP or Cracker Barrel. If you want a good home cooked meal with plenty of interesting, homey, family picture decor, go to Family Tree. But ESPECIALLY go for the scones - they are mammoth, hot, delicious, filling and memorable. You will never find a bigger scone elsewhere... More

If you want a great home cooked meal, then this is your place! I usually get the roast beef and it comes with mashed taters, stuffing that is the best I've ever had and green beans and you get a salad before and scones that make a great appetizer or dessert! Plenty to take home too.

The Family Tree in Santaquin is one of our favorite places for breakfast. We've been known to make a special trip from Midvale just to have breakfast there. This time we were heading to Yuba State Park so naturally we stopped at the Family Tree for breakfast. The restaurant was freezing cold, so cold that even my husband remarked on... More

Big portions and great quality. You won't leave hungry. Everything was home made. Family run and family friendly.

All I can say is I was very disappointed with our visit. I love Ghost stoires and Ghost Hunting, and that is what led me and my husband to this restaurant. To make a long story short.....the place was filthy. The floors, walls and pictures on the wall were dirty, and the table was sticky. My husband was shooing away... More
