Huge Scones

Fun family atmosphere. Fun appetizers like string bean frys. The Ghost stories of the building featured on History Channel. Come for the amazing scones!

We waited for about 7 or 8 minutes before the people working were willing to speak to us and after 5 more minutes of silence at the table with no response, menus or eye contact, we took our search elsewhere. The crowd was cut in half when the two of us left.

We had hopes, but this place is hopeless. We ordered their enchilada and it came as two tacos with no melted cheese nor much else that looked like an enchilada. We asked the waiter and she said this is how they prepared enchiladas. The salads were all ice berg and tasteless. Ugly place. And the prices were quite high!

Great place! Friendly, attentive staff, good coffee, and the best and biggest scones around! Just a quick stop for us but have heard only great comments about the rest of the menu.

If you order the chicken fried steak it and the delicious sides fill a large plate but then there is the biggest scone in Utah to fill another plate. Everything homemade style and fun family history photos and ghost stories line the walls to blend in with the Western style decor and family friendly service. After camping trips in Utah... More

Had the 1/2 fried chicken, huge helpings. Great good. The scone is a meal in itself. Husband had a burger with homemade bun. Great, attentive service. I say go and enjoy!

Me and my husband ate here when we realized there weren't any places to eat in Eureka. We drove about 20 minutes and were starving. I ordered the Navajo Taco and my husband ordered the Jalapeno burger. The portions were HUGE! We definitely arrived hungry but left stuffed.

This is a great diner with excellent home cooking. The restaurant has a home town feel to it with trees trunks and old time family photos everywhere. The scones by themselves are worth going to the restaurant for. They are huge. I ate about 1/8 of my scone and started getting full so I stopped so I'd have room for... More

The bread here is awesome. They make it all from scratch, even the burger buns. If you have had a hard day rock hounding, or just driving by; make a stop here. Its the best place to eat for 100 miles.

The scones are good. Really really big too. The rest of the food was just ok. We went in for breakfast and it was pretty empty. I wasn't impressed. I might go back if we just get a scone. We went for the ghosts, but didn't see any. Not that I really expected to, lol. Interesting story though. You can... More
