Tiburon is somewhat smaller and intimate. Great for a romantic evening. Wonderful food...if you haven't tried it, you should sample the Elk. Excellent service, good wine selections, nice patio for summer evenings.

For a one of a kind, local experience in Utah - Tiburon is a must try. They can serve a table of 10 just as well as a table of 2. Their services is outstanding, the food is delicious, and its worth trying. The price is on the higher side, but it's worth it for a nice, fine dining experience... More

We were a group of 10 business associates with our wives who have a nice Christmas dinner together once a year. In the past we have gone to Log Haven, Franck's and Ruth's Chris as examples and have had excellent meals, ambiance and service. The ambiance of Tiburon was very mediocre, nothing special for a bill with tip that would... More

Wonderful food! The service was also lovely. The restaurant is small and the lighting was so dim we could hardly read the menu. Except for feeling squished at the table, we loved our meal. Tiburon is pricey but tasty.

My husband and I visited the restaurant for our anniversary. I have always enjoyed the food and the atmosphere, and outside of the fish being a little rubbery, the entire meal was good. However, I think the level of service provided by this establishment is just average. They didn't ask at the time of the reservation or once we arrived... More

We ate here because I had bought a Groupon to this place. The food was great and the service was excellent. We ordered the chicken breast and beef roast. Both were delicious. The salad and bread were also great. The price was way too high for the quality, however. It was as high priced as mountain resort restaurants in Park... More

As other reviewers have mentioned, the dinners start with a killer house salad, bread & butter. That house butter is amazing, tasting of balsamic vinegar & sun dried tomatoes. Over two dinners every entree we've tried; elk, tenderloin & sea bass, has been spot on with beautiful presentation & big flavors. The service is skilled & attentive, they have some... More

It's a lovely restaurant and the food is quite good... but the use of "fine dining" is a little bit of a stretch. They use quality ingredients and the menu is big enough for good choices, but not so big you are unsure of the freshness of your protein.

I heard about Tiburon through a car salesman who recommended it as his favorite place to dine. Although pricey, the quality if the food justified the price. We savored the bread and butter, dinner salad, crab cakes, pork belly, homemade sorbet, filet, and lamb filet. Exquisite dining.
