Beautiful Setting / Food is fine, but not out of this world

We went for early brunch and happy that we did. Even though we were early, service was slow, but the wait staff pleasant. We enjoyed the quiet atmosphere, that would be gone later as all the tables filled up. The food was plated to look ready for a photo, and tasted good, but not exceptional for... read more

What an incredible evening we enjoyed at Le Caille. Wedding arrangements were carried out to perfection, the gardens and ponds were beautiful, the restaurant setting was just awesome. This restaurant stands by itself with excellent service, attentive staff, great food and European atmosphere. The grounds are a pleasure to walk around so be ready to take pictures...there are even several... More

I frequent La Caille a lot and can't say anything bad about the food or staff. They are all wonderful and very accommodating. The kitchen staff is highly knowledgable and will work with you on whatever you need. Zach, Ryan and Billy are great chefs and if you need any assistance Thomas, Layne and Wendy are great!

The setting, the decor, and the gardens are spectacular. The food was fabulous and the service was perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better evening. Plan on extra time to walk the grounds as this place is beautiful. Our group had Lobster, Salmon, Lamb, and a sea food medley, all were done to perfection. The wine list contains over... More

Anniversary, Wedding Reception, or any special occasion that requires some "Class", THIS IS THE PLACE (no pun intended!) La Caille made our anniversary dinner PERFECT! I had specific requirements including specific color roses, a colored tablecloth (pink), and a request for a quiet, romantic corner to woo my wife of 10 years, and ask her to do it all again... I had been here once for a group luncheon, and the food was good, but the REAL visit came during the 2002 Winter Olympics. I was a volunteer driver (and lived in SLC) and one of my driving duties was to take some folks to this place for dinner. It turned out they had some in their group cancel out... More

Hint: take your camera as the walk around the grounds after a delicious dinner will be half the experience. It is easy to see why brides want their photos taken in this setting. The lamb chops and sirloin dinner were cooked just right. the creme brulle perfect. Service was wonderful and the peacock wandering around without being too intrusive was... More

We were taken to an anniversary Dinner by our nephew. It is a fairytale setting., with its own vinyard, ponds and bridges. We ate outside with peacocks and ducks walking passed. The food was excellent (infact it was the only tme we found lamb on the menu during our stay in the States). The ambience and the service were first... More

Not my most memorable experience. As everyone says the setting and ambience is like being in a fairytale. The mother's day brunch was tasty but not really plentiful in variety, especially for the price. The service started good and went down hill fast. I ordered sparkling water and I still waiting for it. The fresh squeezed lemonade was like eating... More

I was last at La Caille in the late 70s. Went recently with my husband. It has maintained its status as an excellent spot for a lovely brunch. My husband had eggs benedict and I had a lovely crepe with fresh fruit. We both enjoyed the croissants and crispy potatoes. Walked the grounds with peacocks and ducks wandering by. It's... More
