The atmosphere at La Caille is worth the price tag for a very special occasion. The food was good, but would not rate such a high price elsewhere. The service was also good. I look forward to returning for a weekend brunch and stroll around the amazing grounds.

It always amazes me how La Caille was conceived many years ago. It truly is unique and defines what is meant by a true "dining experience". Expensive yes. Better food elsewhere - sure. However, you would be hard pressed to find another place that offers a beautiful restaurant, amazing landscaped grounds with ponds, streams and a river, peacocks wandering the... More

Don't get me wrong, La Caille is a wonderful concept - a huge property that has ponds, waterfalls, shrubs carved into animal shapes, peacocks, etc. - but what it offers in atmosphere it lacks in value. We went for an evening dinner recently and started off with house salads with artisan tomatoes - pretty run -of-the-mill. They brought out some... More

If you are looking for somewhere to share a lovely Sunday morning brunch with, this is the place to go. It is elegant, relaxing and delicious. I have never had an issue with the staff; always professional and accommodating. Our favorite is the eggs Benedict, but all of the menu choices are outstanding and they drop off little tastes of... This place is a treat to visit anytime of the year. Plan time to wonder the grounds and enjoy the views of the canyon. As for the food, it has gotten better with the new owners. Prices are the same $$$$ but worth it for a special occasion.

My wife and I were expecting a lot when we made a reservation at La Caille this past weekend. When we arrived we were instantly in love with the place. Sadly, this was the highlight of the evening. We waited almost twenty minutes before someone finally came up to take a drink order and this may have set the tone... More

Since la Caille was sold and remodeled, it has moved up to the top place to go. Gorgeous, stunning grounds, superb food and great service. La Caille will give you a night to remember.

I think the reason that people love dining at La Caille and revisit it year after year is that at least locally, it is in a class by itself. Meals are not always the main attraction and the service may not be impeccable. It's the overall experience that captivates. The drive up and then back down the tree-lined road, with... More

We come every year for a ski trip with our family and La Caille is a definite evening for our family. Kim and everyone there at La Caille always go out of their way to make our evening special! This place just gets better and better every year! Food, drinks, and atmosphere are impossible to experience anywhere else in the... More
