the BAR was a GREAT place to eat & watch FOOTBALL!

We were trying to locate a restaurant with a bar so we could watch the playoff football game on TV. This was the only one we found that was close to where we were staying. They had a nice little bar area (which is really hard to find in Utah) where we could have dinner AND watch the game. The... read more

Celebrated my sister's 20th anniversary here. Good service, yummy food and a complimentary dessert. Not too busy - but it was midweek in the off season. Decor is Western with saddles and taxidermy. Reasonable prices for a steak house as well.

For my birthday my wife made a reservation to gun barrel. We had never eaten here before. When we arrived, out reservation couldn't be found, but it wasn't busy so that was a big deal. Our waitress did a fine job through out the meal. I ordered a mesquite grilled pork chop. It was very well cooked and the flavor... More

We had a party of 13. Our server, Nicole, was the most attentive and friendly person. Really enjoyed having her serve our table. Food was good.

We are new to the area and while looking for places to eat, this steak house caught our eye. We enjoyed a very pleasant dinner and as a bonus, the area had pistol shooting nationals in the area. The participants all chose the Gun Barrel for their group dinner. Most came fully outfitted. It made for a pleasant display of... More

I used to go here throughout the year for many special occasions. The food and ambiance never disappointed; that is until last night. I ordered my usual, a 10 OZ rib eye steak with vegetable side and a Salad. The steak was terrible! I've never had a Ribeye that tasted like that. It had almost no seasoning, and was was... More

Went on a Friday evening for dinner. Not crowded at all. Nice attractive furnishings, reminded me of a hunting cabin deep in the mountains. Server was friendly and efficient. The rib-eye that I had was so tender, literally melt-in-your-mouth. Not rushed at all, we were there for more than an hour..just enjoying ourselves.

They have dishes you just don't find in your run of the mill steakhouses. Like elk and buffalo dear meats. They cook it to perfection and everything else that goes with it. It is a little pricey so we only go there for special occasions.

We enjoy the Gun Barrel in Jackson and thought we would give this place a try but they are not comparable. The decor is poor and border line hideous. We could not believe this is the same restaurant as Jackson (but It said so on the front of the menu). The quality of food was not nears as good either.... More

We had a great experience at this restaurant with a group of 12. From an initial phone call to final payment we were well served by the staff. The general review of the food was very good with orders of elk, beef medallions, steaks, prime rib, and salmon. My only caution is for those dishes served in a sauce. The... More
