Each time we visit St George, we have dinner at this restaurant. My husband loves the game choices. I happened to want bbq sauce on my dinner last May and discovered their own label. It was so good, I bought a bottle to take home to Los Angeles. Unfortunately, I ended up needing a "gift" so I had to give... More

Compared to a lot of new restaurants in this town, still very near the top of the list. Am partial to the buffalo meats as healthy and relatively unavailable anywhere. Try a Buffalo Burger if you haven't before as it's the most affordable. Otherwise, you'll find a fairly diverse menu. The staff is always aiming to please.

Went to a couple of these in chain. Food is good from appetizers to desserts. Service was great. Have not gone back recently because we enjoy same or better food elsewhere at lower costs.

Wanted to experience real American steak and weren't disappointed. Even my wife who doesn't eat much red meat, had the Cheyenne Tenderloin Fillet which she loved. Super atmosphere, great staff, delicious food.

Excellent food, good service-server having a bad day, but hey, it happens to all of us! Elk medallions with demi glace, outstanding... Mixed Grill, elk steak, buffalo rib & reg prime rib was scrumptious. Going back real soon... worth the drive from Vegas!

We stumbled upon the Gun Barrel Steak House and were glad we found it. It is an unpretentious western themed restaurant that luckily that night was having a rib special - a half-rack of ribs that was the largest half-rack you could ever find. Three of us devoured these tasty treats and the other had a western style steak that... More

Its always pretty fast to get a table, no long waits. Very nice inside, not cramped with people on top of you. The food is always good. kind of expensive but really good.

Second time eating at this restaurant. My husband enjoyed the well prepared elk steak and my filet mignon was perfect. Staff was good. We enjoyed our conversation with the general manager. I enjoyed the steak sauce so much that I took a bottle back to Los Angeles, but my husband confiscated it for his friend. Now I will have to... More

We arrived exactly at 9 p.m. as the restaurant was about to close. Tim, the bartender and acting manager after hours, seated us, took our order, brought our food, refreshed our drinks, cleared the table, and brought the check. He explained that he was tasked to take care of "late diners" after 9 since the bar was still open and... More

I took 7 ladies there recently and it was rib night. I'm sorry to say the ribs were awful. They were supposed to be baby back ribs, but they weren't. Did they fall off the bone? Not even close. Now I've had their end cut prime rib which I think is excellent, and there Cheyenne tenderloin is good, but we... More
