Upon recommendation from our hotel, my family tried Don Pedro's for dinner. The place was just about empty (only 1 other table of people) when we walked in and it still took several minutes for anyone to notice we were there. The waitress looked up right at us but didn't smile or even acknowledged us. A simple "Someone will be... More

Went to the Don Pedro's in Washington, Ut owned by the same family according to the menu. DON'T waste your time. The food tasted as though it was prepared out of cans from the grocery store and the service was worse. The waiter was rather rood.

I was deprived of Mexican food. If I had to see another Pizza Factory in St George I was going to poke my eyes out. All I wanted was chips and salsa and cheesy Mexicany goodness. We heard good things about Don Pedro's and ventured to satisfy my craving. Paid off! Good chips and salsa and yummy food. Chicken was... More

Went here again but this time with my wife, daughter and her husband and his mom. Service was a little slow this time but to be fair it was fairly busy. I had the shredded beef enchilada, shredded beef taco and tamale with rice and beans. Tamale was so-so but everything else was good. Their salsa and bean dips for... More

Went here with my son for dinner. I had a combo with an enchilada, taco, and tostada - all with shredded beef. It also came with rice (very good) and refried beans. Very good margarita as well. Only $10.25 for the combo. Was busy and plenty of people waiting when we left.

We moved here from California about a year ago. We had quite a few good mexican food restaurants in CA but when we moved here we had trouble finding a good one. The were just "okay" until we tried Don Pedro's on Dixie and Valley View. Food and service is very good. So far, the best mexican food restaurant we've... More

This was my post-race dinner after the 2013 St. George Marathon. Man, did it hit the spot! My family and I went early on Saturday, around 4, and had no problem getting a booth. The chips and salsa were fresh. The salsa was really good, as was the bean dip. While some restaurants have trouble serving alcohol in Utah, there... More

We were driving past St G and decided we wanted Mexican food. We read the reviews on here and decided to try it. Although its not "authentic" Mexican food, it was really good! I have never had such hot and crisp chips and the salsa and bean dip were delicious! We all left full and happy:)

We have visited the other Don pedros location in Washington Utah before, and although their food was good, the atmosphere was bland so say the least, so we never went back, that was over 4 years ago, so when we were invited to go to a late lunch with some friends to the St George location, we were a bit...
