White Chicken Chili

This is a cute place with retro candy. There's ice cream, and yummy looking cookies. But none of that is why I made sure to get lunch there on my final work trip to St. George. It's all about the white chicken chili. They serve it on Tuesdays and Thursday for lunch. Don't miss it!

Judd's store has been around since the 1800's....get an old fashioned soda pop, soup and bread, and lots of old fashioned candy for treats. We loved the old fashioned soda fountain and the historic feel to it. We LOVE this place! It's definitely worth the stop right in downtown St. George! Great place to take a family picture too!

This was the highlight of our St. George visit. For whatever reason, we've long ignored the downtown area, but took to Yelp for some new suggestions, and found this place to be a total gem. The menu is pretty simple: grilled cheese on wheat, soup du jour and breadsticks. Then as an added bonus, all the old fashioned candy and... More

I come here EVERY time I'm in St. George! Sweet little store with an ice cream counter and penny candy bins. My kids love it here! But not as much as I do! Ha! Also, whoever is merchandising this place is doing a darling job! 10 stars!!!

The historic building is pretty cool and there is a great place to eat in the park across the street. The food isn't very good. The soda and candy selection is awesome but this is a restaurant review not an attraction.

I walked into this store, and it felt like I was walking into something from Little House on the Prairie. The selection of drinks and the old time candy are incredible. The store is beautifully done, and very antiquated. I plan on going back for lunch. I definitely recommend this. .

We enjoyed our lunch at Judd's Store on a recent trip to St. George. It was a beautiful 75 degree day, as well as a holiday weekend, so there were a lot of people wanting to get some lunch at the same time. Judd's Store is not very big, and the line to the counter was long, but we found... More

Yummy goodness served in a historic pioneer store. Another fun thing, all the kids in town used to all attend 6th grade together and run over to Judds for lunch of a breadstick with French dressing dipping sauce. It was a Dixie kid regular thing.

Great throwback to simpler times - love visiting for the old school candy, great bottled sodas and ice cream! Love the atmosphere more than anything!

This place is indeed 140 years old and still has the feel of a an establishment that age. Soda pop or candy that you haven't seen in years. As far as dining, the menu is very limited, 2 sandwiches and 3 types of soup. The cheese sandwich we had was anything but inspiring, something you would have at home. Maybe... More
