Loved this little place upstairs. It has so much charm. You can dine inside or on the porch and feel like you are in a treehouse. For lunch the offerings are soups, salads (great Cobb), burgers and sandwiches, as well as entrees. The hostess is very charming and the servers attentive.

Pricy restaurant (certainly by Southwest standards) but worth it. Excellent food, service, and ambiance. Just an outstanding experience. The Ahi Tuna was superb (3 of 4 of us at the table ordered it) and it was fabulous - with Asian noodles that were to die for.

On our way back to Vegas from Zion, this is a cute place to stop. We arrived around 1115 and were immediately sat. Food was very good and displayed with care. The clientele was very mature.

I visited the Painted Pony with a couple of friends and we had a lovely meal. I enjoyed a terrific pasta dish while one friend had lamb and the other had duck. We each raved about our selections. The wine choices were also excellent. The wait staff was super and the ambiance was perfect! I highly recomend the Painted Pony... More

Place is clean, service is very good, food is interesting and well prepared. Plating is unremarkable. Tables along the window offer views of the little square on which the restaurant is located. We like table 14. We usually have the rack of lamb. If they don't offer it with a forestiere sauce, asked for some on the side. The Ahi... More

I was excited because it was the number one restaurant on tripadvisor in st George. I reviewed the menu online and saw a note that there were vegetarian options available. Once I arrived the waiter said just what's on the menu. Typical salad or Mac and cheese, portabella sandwich. I had a cup of soup and left. If you eat... More

We dined at Painted Pony on Christmas Eve. The server was excellent. She knew if dishes were vegetarian and was attentive. The vegetarian dish was not on the menu, but available upon request. My husband emjoyed the pearl couscous and roasted vegetables vegetarian dish. There aren't a lot of good dining options in St. George, so we were happy to... More

We sat upstairs and looked out on the view below - great ambiance and surroundings. Excellent high quality meal. The Chef was also accommodating to me switching things around a bit for me so that I could avoid some wheat. I would definitely visit again when back in town.
