I have family in St. George and this is a must every time we visit. I love the salad bar, very fresh. The breadsticks are amazing. I enjoy the pizza too. I must say the salad bar and breadsticks fill you up, but I usually split a mini pizza with someone else because it is good. They are great about... More

The dough that The Pizza Factory uses is vegan and our waitress had no problem with making sure that everything else i ordered was made vegan as well (no glaze or cheese on my bread stick and no cheese on my pizza). She was friendly, the place is nice and the food was great.

WOW! a place that knows how to make a light and perfectly baked breadstick! Pizza factory not only has great pizza and spaghetti (we liked the meat sauce) but they make huge breakstick twists and serve them hot out of the oven. So tasty!

Who would guess, a good salad bar in a average pizza place. Really forget the pizza, order a salad and breadsticks. Or if you are daring, we love their pesto and zucchini pasta. This restaurant is also very convenient to the Stadium 10 movie threaters.

The service was the worst part, as the inefficiency and incompetence of the people taking the order, taking payment, and giving us the pizza was mind boggling! The employees seemed to be on vacation, while at work! The food was mediocre, at best. The pizza was not very good, and the salad was worse - few choices and not good... More

Honestly I never eat their pizza. Can't really stand it. BUT... BEST salad bar in town and BEST bread sticks ever! After it's all mixed up in your tummy your body can pretend like you just ate a veggie pizza! :)

I know this place is very popular, but after having their pizza a few times my husband and I realized we just didn't like it. The Crust is good, but somehow even on a combo all the flavors are just blend in. The sauce has no zip and somehow that carries over to all the ingredients. I like some kind... More

Sometimes the pizza and breadsticks here are good and other times you wonder why you came. Not sure why it can be so inconsistent. The main street location is consistently outstanding, but this one can be a disappointment.

We went to Pizza Factory with a large group and the place was relatively busy but large crowds showed up after we arrived. The restaurant completely failed when their business became busy. Every employee seemed overwhelmed and annoyed that they were busy and almost shocked and unable to function. Being spring break and a busy season in St. George, it... More

The restaurant was clean. Salad bar had a lot of choices, but the small salad for $3.99 was dinky. Booths were large
