We eat at the Black Bear everytime we come to St. George. The food is so delicious. They have fresh orange juice and the service is great too.

We really enjoy the breakfast, the quality, and the portions are perfect for two! Also the service is exceptional,
We entered with high hopes because of the recommendation of a friend. Our waiter was friendly and responsive and helped us with our orders. The nine of us each ordered different things. I was disappointed. My salad was average, the meatloaf tasteless and the "steamed vegetables" rather bland. Others stated that their meat and fish dishes were just okay. I...

We love the decor. The serving portions are huge and they have a tasty kids menu that includes a free ice cream sundae made at your table
Bread and Muffins are the highlight here as they bake with care. The chicken noodle soup rocks and the grilled cheese was good. Nice folks and mountain bear decor was cute and overdone.
We found the restaurant by accident while driving around. It was a cute place with funny little bear signs hanging on the walls. All of the employees were extremely friendly and gave us good service. The hamburger was good size and tasty, the chicken fryed steak also tasted good, so did mashed patatoes and gravy.
We were zipping along I-15 on our way to Zion National Park when we discovered this gem!
Stopped on the Saturday evening of Mother's Day weekend and was seated immediately. Hubby had the 10 oz prime rib special with a side salad, baked potato and baked beans for $16. The baked beans were especially good as they were "doctored-up"! I...

The only place to go when your really hungry. Great food. Great service. Bring an appetite, potions are large.
Went to black bear dinner while staying in St George prior to bike trip. Cold frost mugs for beer. Food was very good, large quantities for each order. Can get breakfast all day. Pot roast melt was very good. Waitress was very nice, service very fast.
They have quite a large menu. They serve good food, large portions and good service. Tip: go on weekdays at off hours when it's not crowded (like between 10am - 12pm and 2pm - 4pm)
