Our server was Daven... she was great! The best server we've ever had. Constantly smiling and very energetically happy... made for a great dining experience

I love their food. It's always good comfort food, huge portions and reasonably priced. Great service from the staff. I love the California and Bacon Eggs Benedict and their 7 Grain Granola Nut Pancakes. They have a really good Pecan Crusted Trout and the Homemade Meatloaf and Slow Cooked Pot Roast are very good. We would highly recommend. During this... More

The portions served are gigantic. They have a ton of things to choose from. I tried the chicken caesar salad and it was gigantic. My husband enjoyed the taco salad which was a giant tostada filled to the rim. On another visit we had hamburgers which tasted really good. The chocolate shake was really good too. They have lots of... More

Large portions.. Great prices. We had a large group of 9 people. They did a great job of serving hot food. I will go back again.

Ate here with 20 people in our group. They were very accomodating and easy to work with in meeting our needs.

Having eaten at a Black Bear Diner in Oregon, I was expecting something similar. But not to be. It's not that anything was bad. It's just that nothing was GOOD. Food arrived quickly but wasn't really hot. I ordered an open-faced turkey sandwich. It's real turkey which is great, and the gravy was good; the mashed potatoes were good but... More

My family enjoys breakfast foods so much that we don't mind having it for dinner, so we were happy to see it on the menu at Black Bear Diner. The portions were large but the food wasn't that great. I ordered an omelette which was basically a block of eggs with mushrooms and cheese on top. Usually omelettes have the... More

We ate here on way to the St George Heliport and the food was OK, almost all breakfasts are around $10. Lots of salt on their food. I would not return again.

We waited over 40 mins for our food which was cold and the eggs were made incorrectly. We then had to wait for them to make another. The food is not exceptional compared to other breakfast places so the wait was not worth it. They still charged us for the meal. Bad customer service.

We had a party of 8 that ate at the Black Bear in St. George while we were attending the Tuacahn amphitheatre. We had a reservation and were seated immediately when we arrived even though they were quite busy. Everyones food was delicious and the portions were large. Some couples even shared a meal. They have a good variety of... More
