Very fresh food with great crisp clean flavors. Things are made when you order it so nothing sits around. Friendly people, nice clean atmosphere. It's authentic and they don't cut corners.

Vegan so this place rocks for use. Brown rice option a huge plus. Friendly staff and fresh food served quickly. Been going for years. Our favorite place in all of Washington county. Best healthy clean fresh Asian food around. Not organic but nobody is perfect.

If you are looking for a fine Vietnamese Pho, reasonably priced, then make your way to Ah'sya. Don't expect a wine list or a romantic environment. This is an Asian place where the importance is placed on the food.

This is one of the best restaurants in the area. We eat here every week if we can. Next best place for thus kind of food is in Vegas.. Great soups and authentic dishes. Definitely is going to have to expand!

We learned to love Vietnamese when we lived in Los Angeles. It is extraordinary to find a restaurant of this quality in the little town of St. George, Utah. Our favorites include the fresh Spring Rolls with peanut sauce, the Chicken and Cabbage Salad, the BBQ Pork, the Pepper(?) Shrimp which has a spicy kick to it, the Chicken Curry... More

Food prep ,presentation and freshness very good but last 3 lunch visits the same waiter brusquely dropped menus on table without a greeting and did not smile or utter a word to us or any other diners during our visits. Had to request more ice on last 2 visits as water was tepid. No lunch specials and tho it's good,... More

Now you have to go hunting for it...it is in a small strip mall behind Texas Roadhouse, but you'll be thrilled you found it. The soup on a cold day...it doesn't get better. And the spring rolls...perfextly done. I've only been for lunch (several times) and can't get past the soup, but am definitely going to go for dinner so... More

We found Ah'sya through Trip Advisor and decided to eat there based on the reviews. To be honest, we were surprised to find good SE Asian food in a strip mall in southern Utah. It appeared that everyone there except us were regulars - the kind of patrons who order without reading the menu (that's a good thing). We ate... More

This was our first time at any Vietnamese restaurant. The food here was terrific and the owner was very friendly. The place was clean but not fancy, which suits us just fine. I would definitely recommend.
