Most of the restaurants were booked when we arrived. This steak house had an interesting way preparing meat ..... cooked at your table on a hot rock.

We came here for an anniversary dinner. It was so good we will make it a tradition! California Dreamin fondue was flavorful, the filet mignon was exquisite. We really enjoyed the cooking it on the stone (every bite was hot!)...The service was fantasitic and every bit of what you would expect when paying that much for a steak. The steaks... More

They cook the steak at your table on a hot slab. The food was delicious and there was a price for everyone's budget. Eating dinner there was an adventure!

Great fondue. However, they serve their steaks on hot rocks at the table, causing heavy smoke that is annoying for the non-steak diners. We ate here after a winter concert when doors were closed and the restaurant was so smoky that my eyes watered. Have avoided going back because of that.

A fun dining experience- cooking your own meat at your table on a hot lava rock, followed by yummy dessert fondu. The experience of eating here is more worth writing home about than the food. The steak was heavily peppered. The balsamic vinaigrette was strong vinegar only. My husband had fish, which was hard to cook on the lava rock.... More

Having them bring the steak right from the fridge, along with a very hot lava rock for you to cook it on makes for a very unique and romantic evening. Slicing off just a piece at a time and quickly searing it to your liking is not only fun, but the meat is fresh and delicious. Of course they will... More

Fondue was exceptional. The gruyere was lovely but could understand why the California is their best seller. Great depth of flavor. Salads were plentiful and with grilled shrimp was a nice pre race and post race meal! Finally the dark chocolate fondue with a good bottle of Pinot noir was a wonderful finish.

We just past by St.George for a night on our way to Moab, the restaurant was recommended by our landlady. We went in with no expectation and went away very satisfied. We had three different entrees: shrimp and scallops, rib-eye steak, both on hot rock and pork chop on grill. All come with 2 different kinds of sources, rice or... More

Three friends and I started this evening with the California Dreaming Fondue....Delish! I've had fondue before where the alcohol taste overwhelmed the cheese...not true here. It was cheesy, creamy and wonderful. I ordered Sierra Mist for a drink and both myself and my friend, who was drinking Mountain Dew, thought there was something off in our drinks. I could see...
