The specialty pizzas are all excellent. The Italian Stallion and Chicken Pesto are two of my favorites. Some of the toppings combinations are unique but genius. You should also definitely get the breadsticks and house dressing. Not sure what's in the dressing but it's amazing. A little on the pricey side, but really some of the best pizza in Utah... More

I cannot recall ever having a pizza called "Boston Style"but I do know this. The pizza we ordered was extra large and the slices were just that, huge. I will return to this place every week from now on. We have found pizza perfection in Provo!

I recently had lunch here with a few colleges from work. I haven't eaten here for several years and decided to give it a try. Boy was I disappointed! The atmosphere has completely changed, and the aroma of fresh pizza has been replaced with the smell of laundry detergent. Interestingly enough, it appeared as though there was fresh batch of... Nicolitalia used to be one of our regular go to restaurants. The pizzas were exceptional and had a flavor of the East's "real" pizza. The crust was amazing. But, lately, you see different people working in there everytime you go and the quality seems to change with the people. maybe the owners have let the employees take over. Bad idea.

This used to be, hands down, the best pizza in the valley. Now that Nick is gone and new owners have taken over, it's just one of thousands of mediocre pizza joints found on every street corner. I can no longer, in good conscience, recommend Nicolitalia Pizzeria. Ignore everything I said before about this place.

This spun up on my Urban Spoon one time, and it had good reviews, but my family didn't feel like pizza. So on my next two trips to Provo, I tried to go, only to get voted down each time. Finally, my family relented, and we ordered out. I was VINDICATED big time. The ingredients were fresh, toppings were plentiful,... More

Don't bother ordering carryout. When I went to pick up the one pizza I ordered, they told me I had to wait in the huge line in front of the one register they have before I could pay and pick up my food. 20 minutes later I finally left with my cold, bland pizza. What a waste of time and... More

I have visited this town many times and bought a lot of pizza ---long story. But only on this last visit did I go to Nicolitalia. Frankly I had driven by it a zillion times and never gave it a second thought. It is not a giant Brick Oven style operation serving hundreds but it has plenty of room. Very... More

This is a very unique place that's great for family, gatherings, or a date night. The food that is made to order is absolutely delicious and dessert is always a treat. I would highly recommend this place to anyone but especially those that have not tried it before.
