I have visited this town many times and bought a lot of pizza ---long story. But only on this last visit did I go to Nicolitalia. Frankly I had driven by it a zillion times and never gave it a second thought. It is not a giant Brick Oven style operation serving hundreds but it has plenty of room. Very... More

This is a very unique place that's great for family, gatherings, or a date night. The food that is made to order is absolutely delicious and dessert is always a treat. I would highly recommend this place to anyone but especially those that have not tried it before.

We shared a Calzone (sausage & pepperoni) Combo with a House salad and drink for a very reasonable price. The salad was pretty big, and their dressing was sweet & delicious! The calzone was just what we expected -- very tasty with a cup of marinara sauce on the side. There was plenty of seating inside. It seemed like college... More

I love Nic's. But since Nic left it is not a as good. Not even close. We got two large pizzas and a calzone for takeout a couple days ago. The large margarita was mainly just cheese. It tasted OK, but nothing like it used to. The calzone was AWFUL. It looked terrible and tasted worse. I am very sad... More

This is absolutely the best pizza in Utah County. It's authentic, real pizza and it tastes that way. They have a variety of options and I have never once been disappointed with anything we have ordered. They also have real cannoli and san pellegrino drinks. Does it honestly get any better than that?

Since Nick sold the business the quality of the pizza has gone downhill. Until the time that Nick comes back and takes over where Nicolitailia was last year, stay away and enjoy better pizza elsewhere

Pizza is not the most complicated food in the world but it is so easy to screw up! The key to good pizza: - Fresh ingredients - Tasty dough - Proper cooking time Nicolitalia does very well in all of the above. My friends and I had a mushroom and cheese pizza and a mixed meat pizza and both were... More

Good stuff, thin crust. Salad is good, too. We go as a couple as well as taking the kids. Very informal pizzeria.

I actually went there last summer when they had a car show in the parking lot in from of Nicolitalia. We needed a break from the heat so we went in and ordered a pineapple and ham pizza. I really like the crust, it wasn't chewy, it was kind of crunchy and I liked it.

Remember the traditional pizzeria with checkered tablecloths, spaghetti with meatballs, pizza dough hand tossed, fresh salads, (root) beer, and of course excellent pizza. Well there is one in provo and it's been here for several years. These guys make their own dough. They have their own house dressing. They have the best buffalo wings I have had in Utah, nice...
