Rate the ice cream - Fantastic Service - Take a book or take a nap

The ice cream is some of the best I've had. However, the wait is pure torture. 30 minutes to get a shake and corn dog seems a little extreme to me and I got moved to the front of the ice cream line because I was buying something from the grill. Efficiency is greatly lacking!!! If the line is... read more

The Creamery is a major tradition for BYU students and alumni, so it is usually crowded. They do NOT have enough space to eat or even order food for all the crowds they get. Service can be very slow since they make food from scratch and the place is run by barely trained 18 year old BYU students. However, the... More

Back home in Dallas, we have Braum's, which is basically a combination grocery store, hamburger stand, and ice cream shop. Not a shoppe, because that would be pretentious. BYU Creamery has the same concept, and some great flavors of ice cream. We bought some half-pints to go because the line was long when we visited, but they nevertheless hit the... More

Famous for their ice cream, their burgers are also fantastic. I used to buy pastries here as well during college. You won't be disappointed with the shakes either.

Yummy! Creamy, cool and smooth texture. They have a great combination of flavors that don't disappoint with generous portions and reasonable prices.

Always stop for lunch here or even just get the ice cream. It really is good stuff. And it is just a fun place to visit, totally casual and fear for family doing. The price is right so you can feed the whole family.

We've heard about this ice cream and it does live up to its reputation. It was fantastic and the service was excellent. The only challenge is that because it's so popular, it's hard to find a seat and the seating areas get filled very fast and it's crowded. Also, as the Creamery shares its space with a grocery store, that... More

What a surprise when I found Almond Joy ice cream---that delicious coconut flavor with chocolate swirled through---yum yum! This creamery has several different ice cream flavors to suit your palate. The servers are all very friendly and serve very generous portions, either in a dish or on a cone. The creamery also sells a variety of other edibles as well... More

The ice cream was Devine! The service was acceptable and they took care to help us identify allergens in the selections. Love to visit here when we go to BYU or Provo.

For great ice cream, treat yourself to a trip to the BYU Creamery on the BYU campus in Provo, Utah. The ice cream is made right there on the premises and they also have convenience store items. The staff will be cheerful and engaging. After you've been there, you'll be able to say that you've had some of the very... More
