This place is amazing for soup and salads. My family is not even big on soups and salads but we are regulars at this place because it is just so good. I also appreciate how welcoming and courteous the staff always is. I have never had a bad experience here.

I would pick a Subway over Zupas myself! The food is good, but it seems expensive if you are building your own salad. The place was convenient, a little messy. Server had to remake my salad because she started throwing who knows what in it, which was a little funny.

The idea of going to a place for soup goes against everything I believe in, but my wife and daughters love this place, so we always end up going when we're in Provo. And I have to admit, I love it. Their soup varieties are really delicious, and they have plenty of other things to make me feel like I've... More

I was extremely disappointed in my salad. They served a huge bowl of salad with a few small tablespoons of ingredients. The lettuce was crisp and fresh, but that's just about all I could find in my bowl. I've also noticed in the past that the salad dressings are quite thin and watery. I love the soups at Zupas, but... This night was not as good as usual. The salad didn't seem as fresh nor the soup as hot, etc. I was a little disappointed.

This place gets hyped up by all kinds of people, but honestly it's just ok. It does stay busy so they're doing something right, but the soup's just okay, the portions are undersized, and the place is usually messy.

I wouldn't say a meal at Zupas has ever knocked my socks off, but it has always been good. As in, I've never had a negative experience, with either food or service. For that, 5/5. I even enjoy the crowded atmosphere. The food is above average and dependable. Zupas is sort of a guaranteed fallback for my wife and I--whenever... More

Soup, salads and sandwiches are very tasty and high quality ingredients. Ordered cafeteria style but you are able to taste test the soups before ordering. Do not pass up the desserts cups they are fantastic. Your order includes chocolate covered strawberries that are a nice touch and tasty.

I have eaten here a few times when I pass through Provo and took the family this time. As usual the soups, salads and sandwiches were tasty and high quality. My kids ordered a kids meal which is a choice of two of the following: chicken strips, fruit cup, soup and grilled cheese sandwich. The soup was great, the fruit... More

On this particular night Zupas was very crowded, but the line moved fairly quickly. We had to wait briefly for a table, and started to clean it up ourselves, but the food was good as usual.
