The cactus pear lemonade, served from a unique bottle, is homemade and outstanding. The Navajo fry bread was to die for. Bison burger is amazing. The hog-jowel taco was not exactly a taco, but delicious. The jicama salad was yummy. We compared this unique downtown restaurants to all others on a trip of 5 States. Lucky Provo!

Definitely the best food we had during our recent trip to Provo. My wife and I went for dinner around 8pm on a Saturday, and although the restaurant was busy, we were seated within 15 minutes. The shrimp and grits appetizer was the highlight of the meal, but all of the food was thoughtfully prepared and well flavored. The service... More

Too much hype behind this restaurant. The food is decent, but the tacos are really not that great and totally runny. Not worth the price at all.

The food was excellent, but the service was the worst. My wife and I went there for lunch. There were 4 open tables and no one waiting in line before us. The hostess said they would seat us right away, and then walked off and left us waiting for five minutes. When she finally seated us, she left us sitting... More

We had spent the night outside of Provo and wanted to see the Mormon Tabernacle. After driving around we got hungry so checked Yelp and found three interesting sounding places within a two block area. Our first stop was the Black Sheep Cafe and what a lucky break that was. The food was outstanding. I had the goat cheese stuffed... More

Thanks chef for making us South Africans so welcome - your cuisine is outstanding - we have travelled extensively around the world and rate your restaurant as good or if not better. We hope to be back one day soon. Your bison burger was simply the best I have ever eaten.

This place has a very good mix of Navajo, Sioux and Mexican flavors. Food is fresh, different and simply delicious. The staff is really friendly and patient. Will come back for sure.

My wife and I use trip advisor when we travel. This rating was well deserved. From the pleasant greeting and wonderful waitress til the end our experience was superb. My wife had the green chile pork enchiladas while I the the red chile chimi. The presentation was outstanding as the dish. Both were served with perfection. They were properly seasoned... More
