This place rocked!!! Clean, friendly, and has the feel of a New York City sky bar. Quick service, delicious food and drinks. The bathrooms were awesome looking too! Lol. If you're in Provo please visit this place!

I liked their experimental approach to food and surprising taste combinations. I did not care for many of those combined taste experiences.

There is nothing more to say. LOVED my meal. We had several courses and they were all plated beautifully!

We have been here a few times in the past, but the last couple of times it has been totally clear that amateurs are running this restaurant. They say things like "the supplier didn't bring us any pork" (to explain why one of their five flagship starters isn't available) and even returned to the table after our order was placed... More

I went to Spark on business after reading reviews here as well as being given local recommendations. It was a Wednesday night and we were promptly seated. Our drinks arrived pretty quickly but then it all went downhill. The waitstaff was entirely in the weeds and was unable to keep up with the volume of patrons. The food was delicious... More

A co worker and I went for burgers the other day for lunch. We both splurged and tried the Kobe. I would be interested to compare it with the regular beef. That said, we both ordered the southwest burger. It was very good. They were cooked as ordered. The presentation was very nice. The guacamole on the burger was fresh... More

The philly burger did not have enough garlic in the cheese spread, the beef was not seasoned. The chicken lettuce cups were BLAND. I had to ask for extra spicey sauce to give it some flavor. Needed salt. The mac & cheese also needed salt desperately. Uninspiring. The chicken club needed more sauce/seasonings. The salmon was also bland and needed... More
