Shabu is a little Asian-Fusion jewel. A terrific spot for a gathering of friends that love creative recipes, unexpected presentations and an atmosphere that is just plain fun. For starters, don't miss their "Firecracker Shrimp". It could be their signature dish but there are several more such favorites. Thin slices of beef that you cook yourself on a hot rock... More

My wife and I have lived in Park City for 13 years, and generally prefer eating in Salt Lake City as the restaurants tend to be of better quality and more reasonable prices. This particular night, we decided to give Shabu a try to celebrate our anniversary. We had a coupon from the Park Record that made the meal just... More

The food always has a profound flavor profile that I crave. The prices are typical main st prices but you will not be disappointed not matter what you have. Awesome art work lines the walls and the staff are all wonderful. My blackberry lemonade was weak in flavor this time round but other than that its a 5 star dining... More

As Park City locals we gravitate to this amazing restaurant. Hands down our favorite sushi in town; service and management are fresh and inviting. Kevin, the owner, is a pleasure and always accommodating (even replaying our favorite bike movie on the tv behind the bar). The fish is fresh, the dishes are creative, you wont be let down. The restaurant... More

Great "freestyle" cuisine - Kevin was fantastic and took great care of us. Place is kinda small so be sure to call for reservations. Food is better than Wolfgang Puck !

My husband and I ate here during the first week of April. We sat at the sushi bar and had sashimi which was excellent.

I fully expected a restaurant named shabu that isn't your traditional shabu house to disappoint. Man was I glad I gave it a try. You have your typical rolls and sashimi variety but it was the tapas style cold & hot plates that impressed us. We had the tuna tataki, fantastic. Chef choice sashimi platter, fresh as can be. Also... More

Excellent Sushi! Make a reservation as it is always busy. The tuna takaki and the beef cooked on hot rocks were also fantastic. Will definitely eat there again when in Park City.

Got to Park City in mid December and it was winter. Shabu's menu was excellent. I dined there on consecutive nights, choosing beef and shrimp. It was fresh to death!! Boil the goods right in front of you. After enjoying the "entree" enjoy the broth that remains. Especially in winter, this is a great call. Close to Olympic ski jumps,... More
