The sleigh ride up and down the mountain was breathtaking. Even though they provide blankets, we had taken some from our hotel also. Glad we did. We put them on the seat, spreading it out & sharing with others. It made for a more comfortable, warm ride. The cuisine was extraordinary. We celebrated our son's birthday & his desert came... More

We stopped there on a daily basis for lunch or mid-day break. Great food mid-mountain, off of the Crescent Lift. Super friendly hostess. Tables inside, but great outside seating to enjoy a fantastic Grilled Cheese or Grilled Chicken sandwich. Cookies of course. And a nice selection of Wine/Beer/Spirits/Soda/Water. Super location and nice spot to kick back and rest to recharge... More

My partner and I had booked this dinner experience many months ago following tips and reviews and we were not disapointed at all. From the ski sledge ride up to the top of the mountain to our return and evening conclusion four hours later we were well satisfied. It was nice meeting so many guests just like us enjoying each... On our 5th visit we finally planed far enough out to book the viking yurt dinner. Snow Cat ride at night up to a cool viking yurt on top of the mountain for Grog and a gourmet viking meal. It was a great experience not to be missed. We had teens with us...and it's a 3 hour+ experience so would... More

Dinner at the Viking Yurt is a very memorable dining experience. Your night starts with an open air sleigh ride from the base of the Park City Mountain Report up to the Yurt. It gets really cold so be sure to wear very warm clothes so you can enjoy the sleigh ride. I would highly recommend wearing winter boots, layers... More

Went with another couple and loved it all from the ride up the hill (grab a seat facing away from the snow cat on the ride up), to the food, to the uniqueness of it all. Would go again.

We have been going to the Viking Yurt for years and years. It has become one of our family's favorite things about visiting Park City. Although it has become more modern (still a rustic experience) dining experience, it is still an absolutely unique evening. The ride up and back in an open sleigh is nothing short of magical--stunning views that... More

I loved the 30 minute sleigh ride - definitely do this and don't sit in the warmed cab! The food was creative and delicious, the company was wonderful and the overall setting was very romantic. If I'm ever back in Park City, Utah, I would certainly go again.

We stopped in while skiing for a cocktail and sat outside enjoying a fabulous day on the slopes! Great beer choices and very friendly service! We would love to do dinner here sometime when we return,,,, I'm sure it would be fabulous!

Every year when we go out west for a ski trip, we always plan a cozy sleigh ride up a mountain for dinner just for the experience of being out on the mountains at night when the stars are bright. This was our first time in Park City and we weren't sure what to expect with the Viking Yurt. I... More
