Worth the price but needs a facelift

We enjoyed our well flavored and perfectly cooked seafood at Mustang. We dined here during off-season, and service pace was leisurely, which wasn't an issue in our case, but could discourage others. We had a very good experience at the Mustang. Good food and atmosphere. Mustang steak and fries was quite good as was the Chilean sea bass. The manager and owner to be was very friendly and spent several minutes with us telling us about Park City and Utah. The hostess, waiter and owner were all very friendly and accommodating to... Our family vacations in Park City and love to dine out. We love the area and always search for new places to dine. On this trip, we dined at a number of great restaurants, including Mustang. Everything was excellent. We will certainly return for a future dining experience on our next trip to the area.

Had a wonderful meal. Chilean sea bass was perfectly prepared. And the chocolate soufflé for dessert was scrumptious. Great service and views.

Caveat: Almost every Park City restaurant is shockingly overpriced even compared to SF, CA restaurants. With this said, this review is conducted assuming we are comparing food at the same price points The GOOD: Appetizers were good. The goat cheese salad and tomato bruschette were both solid appetizers.Their fires were also top notch--probably worth the trip for folks looking for... More

I have eaten at Mustang several times when in Park City. Food is consistently good and well prepared. It was very crowded at our last visit and the service suffered a bit but all-in-all it was a good experience and I will return.

We have been to Mustang three times, and all have been good experiences. Food quality is great and creativity is excellent. The soups are out of this world, yet all three times they have been tepid. With the relative quality of the food, I actually researched online if some soups are supposed to be served just warm, rather than hot,... More

Expensive restaurant. With the name "Mustang," I was expecting a more casual steak restaurant. I wasn't expecting fancy white table cloths! The food was good, but not outstanding, and given the atmosphere and prices, I would have expected something better. My steak was cooked to temperature, but the sauce was only lukewarm. I don't mind paying premium prices for premium... More

I was pretty disappointed. I work for a resort in Park City in a position that I refer places to eat a lot to our guests and clients. We had dinner here with a client and the service was horrible! For what they charge I expected much better. Just because you are located in the heart of Park City doesn't... More

Wasn't expecting such great seafood in Park City. The Chilean sea bass was amazing. Server (Michael) was attentive and very helpful in telling us about where we should ski and things we should do. Relatively small place - seemed better suited for couples or small groups.
