Luckily when "Sage" left the area "Ghidottis" opened and we have visited ever since - several times during our annual 12 day stays. This restaurant has really good food. They don't give you huge portions, but the portions are large enough to fill you up. We had a group of four and each pair of us shared a salad and an entree. While the item prices seem fair, the value is just not there. Now, we ordered for take-out as opposed to dining in (the interior ambience did seem nice), but we were sadly disappointed. Located in Redstone Plaza in Kimball Junction. Visited over Labor Day Weekend. Had the Pork Osso Bucco with fresh pasta mixed with mushrooms and asparagus (about $26). Very generous serving. Ghidotti's gets my vote as one of the most romantic restaurants in all of Park City! The atmosphere is really classy and very romantic.
