All the rage...Purple Sage!

I have dined at many Park City eateries and Purple Sage ranks high. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. We had meat loaf and pork chop. Both were excellent. Service also excellent. We had no particular complaints, but wouldn't necessarily rate this as outstanding nevertheless. Certainly not disappointing.

Had dinner with some friends here and was disappointed. The food was mediocre. The service was fine, but the food was not at the level other restaurants were on other nights in the same price band. Is there anything I can particularly point to - not really - it just didn't have enough taste, presentation and my dinner was only... More

Firstly the underground man cave where you hang waiting on a table was super nice. Secondly, the hostess and servers were super sweet. Onto the food... Do yourself a favor, order the green chili stew, the blue cheese fondu was INSANE and the buffalo short rib was delicious. We also tried the iceberg wedge which was decent but you may... More

Had a dinner party for 6 there. Hostess and server were really friendly. Unfortunately, that turned out to be the highlight of the evening. Drink service was slow to come and much slower to deliver. Everything from then on seemed to get progressively slower, more than 20 minutes for first drink. BUT, service is not the reason for my giving... More

We had a fantastic dinner at Purple Sage, from the chicken tamale pancake appetizers, to the entrees of veal meatloaf and sugar & chili cured duck accompanied by jalapeño mac & cheese (yum!). Then we had 3 desserts! Especially liked the butterscotch pudding. I think the description "western bistro" fits the restaurant well.

We had a small group of 9 which the management fit in on a busy Saturday night, the last night of the film festival. Everyone had different entrees, different signature cocktails, and deserts. The service was fast, and some of our group were on a tight deadline for an 8:30 movie, all of which was smoothly accommodated for. There are... More

This is a very nice choice on Main Street. Lots of different meats on the menu, and they all seem to more or less be prepared simply, with an emphasis on quality. Terrific service, nice atmosphere, and versatile menu.

We arrived and LOVED the space. It was hip, cool and yet quite cozy! Our service was efficient but not at all friendly or warm. We ordered the duck and beet salad. The beet salad was delicious and enough to share. The duck was yummy and a very generous portion. It was a very nice out.
