The decor dominated the dishes, ergo three stars. The Purple Sage is excellently designed from a decor perspective, featuring an appropriately subtly-lit dining room and many pictures and trinkets to match the theme of the restaurant. The menu featured some interesting and seemingly local items that drew us in. Some, such as the chicken tamale pancakes, were a hit. Others,... More

Purple Sage is located on Main Street of Park City. The décor is stated, and the restaurant is a tiny bit cramped. The long bench that line length of the restaurant mean that tables are arranged in parallel, and dinners find themselves with tables to both their right and left. Nevertheless, the food was solid, and the dining room was... More

We were greeted with a smile and asked if we wanted to sit in or out.We choose to sit outside. Water was poured with a bottle and then they left the bottle if we wanted more. The service was very good and they allowed us time to eat our appetizer before our main meal. We had the fresh potato chips... More

It's not easy finding a high quality meal for a reasonable price in Park City. Purple Sage delivers on both. We had an excellent dinner (ribs for me, pork tenderloin for my wife) and everything was cooked to perfection. Ambiance is really nice with real beer and good drinks. Service was fast but we never felt rushed. They have wine... More

Our friends go here every year for a special wine pairing dinner, glad we got to join in this year. They did an excellent job with around 4 courses + desert. The portions were large, we were stuffed! Wine pourings were generous and they came up with some very interesting wines for each course. Service was very good. Would love... More

Be sure to make reservations for this one, they had a nice sitting area downstairs while we waited for our table . The food was really delicious with great service.

Pricey, yes, but the food and service is excellent. I took my whole family here and can't remember what we ordered, but all six of us were more than pleased, and they were more than tolerant of our 18 month old The waiter hustled to get some bread for him to bunch on until the meal came.

Comfort food of the American West with a gourmet twist- perfectly delivered. Never had better cornbread with peppers. The Charcuterie Plate is simply to die for. The VEAL MEATLOAF is absolutely the best- so flavorful you can't believe your eating meatloaf. These guys know their food. Going back again.

Menu had some unusual selections, that proved to be good food for value. Service was attentive and amusing - just right for our group of seven. Nothing too pretentious,, just good food.
