Everything about purple sage was amazing. It had a very upscale feel and was very romantic. My wife and I will be returning to eat here regularly.

To be clear, I am here to write about the TERRIBLE customer service we had, not the food. The food was alright; I've had better, but I've had worse. Really nothing to write home about. I would have never bothered to come and write a review if it were not for the absolutely horrid treatment we received from the waiter,... More

Our party of 6 all adults) left Purple Sage totally unhappy with our experience. It is our opinion that service is AS IMPORTANT as the food. From the gal who first arrived at our table to fill our water glasses, to our waitress, to the male server who brought one of dinners (because we sent salmon back)...I don't think we... More

The food and service were excellent. Starting with our wine orders, where our waiter encouraged us to change our selections, we were guided to a very enjoyable meal. Our favorites included the pork stew appetizer served with hot tortillas and the pear and arugula salad. We enjoyed shrimp, trout, and bison entrees. We were too full for dessert. The food... More

From the moment we were seated in one of many private booths, we felt we were in for a special treat. The decor is cosy, a little quirky, intimate and the welcome enthusiastic. Our very helpful and knowledgeable waiter was friendly and helpful in making choices as the menu was full of tempting dishes. When the meals arrived promptly, they... More

One of our Park City favorites. We returned and had another great experience. I would always recommend coming here. The meatloaf is superb.

We are locals and had heard great things about this restaurant. Several disappointments--we were celebrating a birthday, but the restaurant would not serve us the special wine we had brought (However, as recently as last summer, they had allowed customers to bring in wine and charged a corkage fee, which is fair and standard procedure in Park City.) We had... More

4 of us ate there yesterday and we all had a different dish and we were all delighted by the taste and quality of the food. Not cheap but worth it.We would certainly go back there.

Everything we ate at purple sage was outstanding. Potato chip appetizer, tres unique! Soup, salad, meatloaf and even the basket of warm corn muffins and baguettes were something special. Fantastic service. Love this place.

Start with the sage cocktail, really a delicious light drink. As far as our dinner, my husband said the trout was the best he has ever had. I had their signature meatloaf which was superior to any other meatloaf. Go hungry because portions are generous. And finish with the excellent bread pudding.
