You Don't Have To Speak Spanish Here

Truly an authentic Mexican restaurant, run by some Mexican Senoras. You can't go wrong with anything on this menu. You can speak either English or Spanish when ordering. It's your preference. Prices are very reasonable, especially when you consider it's Park City. Lines are long for lunch, which... read more

This is an order at the counter and they will bring out your food kind of place and it was very good food - enchiladas mole, fish tacos, beef tacos, cheese enchiladas, chips with your meal and an extensive salsa bar. Grab a table outside if you can - it gets pretty noisy and hectic inside. They do serve bottled... More

We visited this restaurant on the back of Triple D recommendation. We ordered Enchilidas and Tamale. Both were flavourless gooey yukky. Will not be back

Located in a strip mall and very unassuming in appearance, this little place gets 4 stars! The salsa bar is great and the menu has many choices of authentic Mexican food. Our party had the burrito, taco salad, grilled chicken salad, nachos, and guacamole. The guac was awesome and the nachos were a meal in themselves. All other entrees were... More

OK, I guess I'm the odd - man - out on this restaurant, but I don't get it. A small store front eatery in a strip center is little more than a fast food restaurant. Make no mistake, the length of the line we stood in suggests this is a very popular restaurant. After standing in line for quite some... More

Every Time we visit Park City we stop by. Their salsa bar is amazing. Ingredients used are always fresh and food is great. Try their Tacos al Pastor with a Dos Equis Ambar...wow!

I'm a Texan & I'm latino. When a place self describes with the word "authentic", then I'm always willing to check it out... & El Chubaso did not disappoint at all! In my opinion, PC is very lucky indeed.

Very simple, clean food! Large menu, with a kids menu as well. Very friendly staff, clean, inside and outside options. Definitely NOT what you may be used to with chain Mexican places! Burrito was huge and delicious - steak quesadilla was great as well. Salsa bar is a fun idea. I don't care for Mexican food in general- but I... More

This does advertise as authentic Mexican food, so maybe the disappointment was our fault. One person loved the food, two didn't particularly like it, and one ate one bite and was done. I had specifically asked if the enchilada was only meat, cheese, and sauce, and was told yes. When it came, it had a lot of lettuce and some... More

We love El Chubasco and have gone here for many years. In fact, that is one of our favorite places to see and enjoy while in this beautiful city. Perfectly cooked and seasoned Mexican food. Outstanding prices, Always fun, and really great down to earth ambiance. Homemade tortillas to die for. My favorite is the chili relleno plate. I have... More
