Order at the counter and self serve drinks make this a place with not much atmosphere.Portions are huge and prices are reasonable.Salsa selections were good.Overall the food was ok, not very flavorful.

Great Mexican food at a reasonable price. Our favorite is the Camarones a la Diabla. Nice and spicy.

We found El Chubasco on Trip Advisor while we were in Park City. Moderate sized menu with plenty of choices including vegan. Food came out hot, fresh and fast. Salsa bar was amazing with a dozen different kinds of salsa from "one chili" to "4 chili" heat. The salsa chipotle was the most popular with customers, but I loved the... More

The meatball soup is amazing! They don't always have it but when they do, it's great. My favorite is the Smothered California Chicken Burrito! Everything is good, really cheap prices for the size of the portions. The salsa bar is killer, something for everyone there! Really, Really, Really great for the whole family!

This place is one of our absolute favorites; sometimes we head up to Park City just to eat here. The food is all so good and the salsa bar is amazing with lots of choices to choose from. It’s a pretty small restaurant and can get fairly busy so be prepared as you may not get a seat right away.... More

Food is good in a pretty good atmosphere. Nothing amazing but it is a good, authentic type food at a very reasonable price (without eating at a fast food chain) in Park City.

Each time I go to Chubasco I hope that it's going to better then the last time I was there. It always disappoints. Take a look a my picture to see how few chips they gave me then wanted to charge when I asked if I could get a few more. Fish tacos have no flavor and service is bad... More

This place is a favorite of several of my friends who "absolutely must" go get chubbies when in town. The food is quick, tastes fairly fresh, and is pretty standard USA/mexican food. It's cheap, and counter service, so don't go expecting anything fancy... but it's tasty and quick. The mango salsa is wonderful. Favorites are the fish tacos, vegies burritos... More

I went there with my work for lunch. The service was not good. They didn't know much about the food. I have special dietery needs and they couldn't tell me much about the menu. It was suppose to be large portions but the portions were no more them you would get at a fast food restaurant. I paid $6 form... More
