The salsa bar was fantastic! The service was Great! The prices were surprisingly low! The food was okay. The chicken enchilada by itself, with rice and beans, was more than the combo plate which included a chicken enchilada and a beef taco, rice and beans. So I ordered the combo plate. The enchilada was good, but small. Rice and beans... More

Really good authentic Mex with no frills. Staff is nice, service is very good and you are in and out quick. To top it off the price is very reasonable for a Park City place.

Delicious salsa bar, chili relleno stuffed burrito, mexican beer, easy on the wallet, and a local business that is engaged in the Park City community (many accolades on wall speaking to involvement of restaurant in Park City events). A great low key place to eat on our vacation.

Overall, this was good mexican food. Nothing like TexMex, but still, very good. They have several different sauces you can help yourself to, which are unique and tasty. I was given corn tortillas, which I don't like, but they exchanged them for me very quickly. Good service. Would definitely go again.

We went at 8:30pm, just prior to closing. Our food was barely warm. The beans and rice could have just been cold. Food tasted OK.. but it was not warm and we were disappointed by that.

Quality, efficiency, great price point and best salsa bar in Utah! Carnitas taco salad, California or Mexican style carnitas burrito smothered, chicken or asada nachos are downright a must! On top of which the owners are Super cool, they remember you every time you walk through theur door. Chubbys rocks.

OMG -- our favorite Mexican restaurant in the lower 49!!!!! Salsas are fresh and unbelievably good. Prices are less than half of what I would pay. Am sure they'll have to expand --- standing room only. And, guess what, it was recommended by a local!!!!!!!! Worth flying to P City and definitely rewarding after a day on the slopes.

El Chubasco has been around a long time - certainly longer than we've lived in town, and that's going on 15 years. There's a reason why it's been successful: it's great, reasonably priced Mexican food, with a freshly made salsa bar that is unequalled. If you're looking for a great casual meal after a long ski day, this is it.... More

Order at the counter and self serve drinks make this a place with not much atmosphere.Portions are huge and prices are reasonable.Salsa selections were good.Overall the food was ok, not very flavorful.

Great Mexican food at a reasonable price. Our favorite is the Camarones a la Diabla. Nice and spicy.
