We ate at Chenez on December 25, 2007, at which time they were featuring their regular menu. Most dishes were good, however the Chateaubriand was overcooked (more like medium well than medium rare, as ordered). The service was fantastic; extremely well organized, and overseen by what I assume was the head waiter; but not pushy or "in your face." Items... more

The table water had a bad taste which I did not make a big deal of...but the owner noticed I tasted my S.O.'s water and asked if there was a probem. So I told him. Impeccable service. Impressive wine inventory. Exquisite food and presentation. However... the romantic spell was broken when the dining room filled with sinus splitting Pine-Sol fumes prior to service of our desert. C'est la vie.
