Wonderful Seafood in an Ulikely Spot--In the Mountains

After burning a good number of calories on the slopes, refrain from snacks and drinks for this amazing experience. Be sure to come hungry. There's a lot to dig into. Take a walk around the buffet and plan your attack. It's difficult to imagine given the setting, but the seafood is fresh, plentiful... read more

Great selection of really well prepared food. Go if you are really hungry. Figure on $100 a head. We loved the crab legs and spicy tuna

We really enjoyed the great selection of food and great service. The ambience was old world as one would expect. There was no oysters and the clams were sandy. The dessert selection and the beef were excellent. Skip the stir fry which did not taste like anything especially when the rice was not fully cooked. A great bargain consider how... More

A must visit while in Park City. I believe it's only available on Friday nights. I have had the privilege of dining at some of the most celebrated restaurants in the world, and as buffets go, this simply isn't like anything else you may have experienced Make sure to leave room for the fresh fish line, and I ordered 4... If you are a seafood lover, especially if you love shellfish, this is a great place for dinner. It is not cheap, but the food is very good. Oysters, shrimp, crab legs, seared ahi tuna cooked right in front of you. I didn't have room to try the prime rib or duck breast, I gorged on the seafood. Service was... More

If you are in the mode for all-you-can-eat fresh seafood, this is the place to go in Park City. The ski lodge eatery is converted to an almost-seafood-only buffet at night. My husband is a fanatic for crab legs so we have to go here each time we visit Park City. I think he ate 20. I love the fresh... More

Heard lots of raves about the seafood buffet, but I thought it was just so-so. First, there's zero ambiance - it's in a ski lodge. Second, there's a great variety of seafood, but none of it is knock your socks off great. It's all good, but lots of restaurants offer better. Third, it was pretty expensive. So, I would not... Lovely array of shelled fish but also different fished cooked many ways and seafood soaps. But there was some meat and duck choices as well as wonderful salads too. To top it off a lot of elegant desserts. Very good waitress, great wine list too. Easy to get to by the city bus if you aren't staying in Deer Valley... More

Thoroughly enjoyed the seafood buffet at Deer Valley resort in Park city. Even though it was a buffet, the service was excellent. The selections included sushi, king crab legs, shrimp and oysters on the half shell. There were other seafood specialties and wonderful duck and fillet mignon. The desserts were also excellent and varied choices. Not open in summer.

We ate here for New Year's Eve and were impressed with the seafood selections. The portions are small, but you can go back as many times as you would like. The crab legs and shrimp are cold - really cold. Would love it if they could steam them before eating. Everything was very good - just not fantastic.
