We live in Park city for the 3 winter months and try all the good restaurants in town. Our favorite again this year: Chez Betty. Most recently the bass appetizer and the crab cake spring roll were both off the charts. My wife had a salmon/mashed potato entree she described as "the best kind of comfort food". Menu is always... more

Chez Betty is in an Inn just south of the Park City Ski entrance, so it was easy to park there. The restaurant is quaint and on the small side. We started off with the Wild Striped Bass Dumplings which as funky as it sounds was absolutely delicious. It looked liked a steamed Chinese dumpling but the filling had a... more

Our party of 10 has never had, anywhere, a worse experience. Upon arrival, we were yelled at because a few of us wanted to take our coats to our table. "You will stay where you are and after we take your coat you will be taken to your table." What?? Then it was a full 35 minutes before we managed... more

These folks filtered in during the busiest time of the year (Sundance Film Festival) and were all finally in 45 minutes after their reservation time. The late comers tried to blow through the party of six I was helping with their coats at the door. When I tried to greet them and offer to hang their coats after the party...

We were so excited to try this place--there was so much great feedback on Trip Advisor, we didn't think we could go wrong. Our experience was like a see saw....up and down, up and down. We started with a goat cheese fritter made with butternut squash, rolled in pumpking seeds. We thought we'd share, since we ordered two other apps... more

I had never been to Park City and had been pretty disapointed in the food selection during my trip UNTIL Chez Betty. Wow! The Food-Phenomenal...duck amazing...the wine great...servers charming and knowledgeable. We had the loveliest evening and I would reccomend Chez Betty to even the toughest critics. The desserts were good but I wouldn't say that was their strongest point.... more

Though we've explored restaurants in numerous urban locales, Chez Betty remains our hands-down favorite. Located in ski town Park City, it is humbly situated in the Copperbottom Inn, away from Park City's thoroughfares. Its interior exudes Old World charm, and the service is top-drawer. Returning diners are greeted warmly and seated at favorite tables. Servers are prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable... more

I have a condo in Copperbottom Inn, so we visit Chez Betty at least once every time we stay there. It is excellent, but a little bit pricey. I think the other reviews that gave Chez Betty like 2 stars are complainers and over exadurated, because I could never see that happening there. ***** 5 stars!!! more

We're locals and Chez Betty *used* to be the place to go for a romantic evening. We let them know this was a special occasion and was expecting an evening to remember. Boy, was it ever. When we were seated in our booth we first noted the dying flower arrangement with the dead daisy and the petals from the other... more

Three of us arrived a few minutes early and were seated promptly, as there were many open tables. We shared an appetizer of Sauteed Oysters in Masa Flour. It was very salty, and the taste did not mesh well with the apple vinagrette/gazpacho salad that accompanied the oysters. We all ordered salads. The spinach salad was very large, but good.... more
