2nd time was worst than the first!

This was our second time to Cisero's. The last time we were here is was good and the service was great. That was a year ago so i dont know if they have just had a change of crew. We got there for our reservation and the employee who was suppose to take us to our table decided to keep... read more

After a great day of skiing, we had a wonderful dinner at Cisero's. It was relaxed and casual, but there was nothing slouchy about the atmosphere, food, or service, and it would be nice enough for a special occasion. Special touches like your personal bottle of water in an ice bag and freshly baked bread with olive-laced olive oil started... More

We were able to get a table for four without a reservation around 6:00 on a Friday evening. There were many families in the restaurant at that time, but this is a good spot for groups without children as well. Everything we ordered was good. The entrées were priced between $10 and $25 for plentiful portions, and the menu had... More

Went with colleagues for a business dinner. The salad I had was amazing but the entree wasn't that great. The service was just average also. I doubt I would go back in the area as I'm sure there are better places in Park City.

Great Italian cuisine in nice but not overly formal ambience. Slow to get seated (without a reservation), but once we were at our table, our server was very attentive. Generous but not overwhelming sized portions.

Nice and homely place with great food and no pretentious people. The trio appetizer is a must have. Service was great, nothing like what was described in earlier reviews so I guess they've fixed that!

We had just wrapped a great day of skiing and were in the mood for Italian. Cisero's did not disappoint! Good wine list - selected a tasty Valpolicella by the glass. Warm bread with roasted garlic oil. Beet salad with arugula. Shrimp Scampi with capellini. All delicious! We went at 5pm when they open and totally beat the rush which... More

Went to celebrate a friends birthday and honestly one of the worst services I have ever experienced. Wrote an email to the owner and he kindly responded. 10 minutes to be seated in an almost empty restaurant, went to the see the hostess after 15 minutes without someone offering us drinks or the menu. Attitude, and the cherry on the... More

I had some apprehension about this restaurant based upon the reviews that knocked the service. But it was recommended by someone at the front desk of my hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised. The food was very good as other patrons state, but the service was also very attentive, perhaps overly so, in order to repair a perception. The host... More

Be careful of this restaurant if you are planing to visit during busy times of the year like Christmas holidays. They will double book your party and do anything for their regular customers without notification. Priority to their locals and no considaration to the tourists. Great food, lousy service, what a shame.
