Below average food, uneven service

Was delighted to see Chile Verde Enchiladas on the menu. They were described as "...filled with our chile verde and covered with more chile verde and cheese". I ordered the enchiladas only and received the dinner with beans and rice. The enchiladas were quite covered with sauce and cheese, and... read more

We came here not expecting much but wanting some Mex to please the kids. The decor was as expected and the house Margaritas very average, but the food was more that we hoped for. My husband had the carnitas which was super tender and flavorful. Both kids loved the enchiladas suisa, which were highly recommended by our friendly server. My... More

We sought out Loco Lizard for the chimichangas but all in our party of 4 were very pleased with their meals. Margaritas were good also. We started with guacamole which had very large chunks of avocado. 2 in the party had chimichangas. The chicken chimichanga was stuffed full of rotisserie chicken and was very good. I only wish I had... More

I had the fajitas here with the chicken and steak. I can honestly say it was the worst food (if you can call it that), that I have ever had in a Mexican restaurant. I will never eat here again. The meat was chewy and the onions were practically still raw. I can't even understand how you can mess up... More

Arrive with my family of 6 right before the dinner rush and were seated right away. Our server was excellent (wish I could remember his name) kept the drinks flowing especially after some hot and spicy sauce we needed refills. We ordered 5 different meals and everyone agreed the food was delicious. Reasonably price meal outside the Park City high... More

While it will not win any awards, the food here was quite solid. I had the Carnitas Enchiladas, and I found them to be very tasty. I would not call them spectacular, but I would say they were pleasant and well prepared.

When we visit Park City we always include the Loco Lizard Cantina. We went for lunch, were seated and beveraged quickly. Had the Seafood Chile Relleno, which has delicious blending of flavors.

My favorite go-to place for excellent Mexican food. Savory fire-roasted red salsa coupled with a great green salsa are indicators of the great food to come. I tried most of the entrees, and can recommend them all for full flavor and freshness. My favorites--the chicken enchiladas and Barbacoa beef. Small-town friendly atmosphere with a great location.

Looked authentic from the outside but the food was bland and lacked flavor. The red sauce tasted like it came from a can as did the beans. Lots of better choices in the area to try
