Warm finger towels, deep jade table settings, curtain booths, and attentive service call back the Jazz-era Orient. A collection of Asian art befits the artistic offerings that emerge from the grill. Start your evening off with a sake martini shaken table-side, followed by Steamed Pork Buns, Hamachi Tar Tar, or Red and Gold Beet Salad. For entrees, house favorites Miso Black Cod, Roasted Duck Breast, and Marinated New York Steak. Inventive desserts like the Coconut Crème Brulee, a freshly hallowed coconut creatively filled with fresh coconut, served with chocolate dipped macaroons, will temp you to linger. Wahoo has always been a favorite with dependable, if not, formulaic Asian fusion food. The pot stickers are delicious and the kitchen tries to produce food that was once very hip and now is available in most metro communities. It is hopeful they will keep pushing the envelope and explore the broad cultures of Asia. There has been a sense... More

I never noticed this place on past forays into Park City but when looking for a table on Saturday night it was the only place that popped up at the time that the 5 of us needed. We were at the Marriott Summit on Main and this was only 2 blocks up. We walked up the stairs and were immediately... More

Had a meal with a group of 9. I ordered the miso black cod as recommended by a member of the group and a regular. Fantastic. Others ordered the spare ribs and raved about it too. Bananas fosters was great, especially after pouring on the miso butterscotch. Each dish has the right balance of sweet and savory. Great Atmosphere.

I always dine at Wahso when I'm in Park City. The food is always amazing and the service and atmosphere are top notch. The chefs Miso Black Cod is one of the most amazing fish dishes I have ever had.

Wahso is one of my favorites. I've never been disappointed, never been let down. Asian Grill with a fantastic menu and flavors that keep me coming back. Chef Chris is phenomenal. The Seared Hamachi, the Steamed Chinese Buns, Coconut Shrimp, the Wagu Beef, the Short Rib (wow!), Lamb Shank, Scallops, the Crab Crusted Salmon,...love the Wasabi Creamed Spinach as a... More

Wahso has a very unique take on asian fusion. Most menu items are an American take on a Chinese dish. The atmosphere and food is amazing. It is defiantly worth eating a meal here when in Park City.

My recent meal confirmed why, although I am a frequent traveler to Park City, I am not a frequent diner at Wahso. The prices are expensive, the food is delicious and the atmosphere is lovely. I don't mind paying for good food and a nice atmosphere. However, I was reminded when I ate at Wahso in December that the ownership... More

Went here New Year's Eve. Food and service we're excellent. The lamb shank vandaloo was out of this world. Decor is elegant. Really beautiful time.

Nice atmosphere, good service and great food. Order the cod or ramen- both delicious. We were there with a group of 9 people which presented no problem.

Every time I come to Park City I go to Wahso. Make a reservation and request a booth. The booths are really tucked away and lend to a more private dining experience. The only annoying part is the wait - everyone is crammed in a lobby and they are typically running 10 min or so behind. However; you forget this... More
