Highly professional staff and beautiful food in the fine dining restaurant. We asked for an outside table and were treated to gorgeous mountain views.

I have eaten brunches at the restaurant a couple of times, and was very happy with teh quaitiy of food and service. I was there last thursday for dinner. The scallops were overcooked, and had shrunk, and the sauce was so salty that I barely could handle the appetizer. My main course was fish, and that was too salty. The... More

This restaurant is on property and the food is great, the wait staff is excellent, and the views are outstanding. There is also an outdoor deck for further enjoying the views with firepits.

We've skied in Park City several times but didn't try Glitretind until this year. This was the best "a la carte" meal we've had in the area with excellent service, a quiet romantic atmosphere and delicious Deer Valley quality food. The tuna soup special was amazing as was the bread basket and salad. Sadly, it's been a few months, so... More

June 16,2015. 10 of us ate there. Not one out of 10 got a good meal! Several ordered halibut. If you like halibut jerkey, some parts were edible. It was served on a bed of under cooked red beans. Farmer John salad was equally not good. All in all, expensive and not good food! I cannot recommend this restaurant. I... More

Eight of us ate at The Glitretind Restaurant last night. Four of the main courses were sent back. The Halibut was overcooked, sent back, returned and still overcooked. The filet was overcooked and uneatable. The replacement dish was properly prepared. The two other beef dishes arrived at room temperature, sent back, returned barely any warmer. The waiter was most professional... More

So many people recommended this restaurant, we finally got to try it out. First, we were told our reservation was for 8:00 when it was for 7:30. Only when I showed him the email did he acknowlege, but not apologize for his error. He was quite arrogant. Funny thing was, it was a Wednesday night and the restaurant was largely... More

We have stayed at the Stein Erickson several times....I highly recommend having at least one lunch and or dinner here, but insist you must eat at the Sunday Brunch Buffet....If you love a delicious, wonderful selection of well made food, this definitely for you. I think I ate my weight in clams, smoked salmon, and fruit.....my son, ate his weight... More

We enjoyed the Sunday Brunch at the Glitretind Restaurant inside the Stein Ericksen Deer Valley Lodge. The brunch menu isn't huge, but there's a good variety of delicious food to select from.

Whenever we spend a week in ParK City, a great meal, and gift shop and/or boutique shopping at Stein Eriksen are a must! This time we went for brunch and it was delicious..what a variety of beautiful quality dishes. The service by staff makes us feel welcome and special. I must add the sales person, working on Sunday in the... More
