Glitretind can be difficult to get into for dinner in high ski season. Although we did not have dinner, we did have lunch on the terrace and breakfast the next morning. The variety on the breakfast buffet was very nice. Lunch on the terrace was also very nice but very expensive, as is to be expected at the Stein Erickson.... More

Ate dinner at Glitretind at Stein Erikson this week. Beautiful setting, excellent food, food presentation beautiful and enjoyed the combinations the chefs come up with - overall great meal. Executive Chef Zane stopped by our table discussing some of the selections and was very personable as was Chef Miller when he stopped by. You owe it to yourself to eat... More

The Stein Eriksen restaurant, though having beautiful views, does not measure up to the quality of the resort. Service was very slow at times and food preparation was also not up to par with some dishes. Mildly limited menu selection but the staff is always trying to please the guests.

The service and food at the Glitretind are inventive yet not unusual. Pairing of local sources with classic preparation and generous portions. The staff is helpful and attentive and the menu has something for everyone at prices that are fair. You are in a 5 star setting with 6 star service but with reasonable prices.

We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary, we ate at Glitretind to celebrate. The food was very good. The service was good although we had 5 different servers and we couldn't tell who to ask for what. When we asked one server about the specials we were told that is Dani's job. We were told it is more efficient to... More

The corn & mussels with peppadew peppers and the Cesar salad w/ putanesca relish was a perfect way to end a 2 mile hike in the high altitude's thin air. The peppadew peppers were a perfect addition.

If you have not been to the Glitretind at Stein Eriksen Lodge this summer, do it. An outside meal on the deck is the true essence of mountain al fresco dining. Spectacular. Not to mention the menu. I ate breakfast there and had an luncheon appointment later elsewhere so I wanted a lighter fare. Talk about service. The server overheard... More

If you are willing to pay $16 for a chicken Caesar Salad, do go. The location is inside of one of the finest resorts in Park City, The Stein Eriksen Lodge. It's like visiting a museum. The service starts with Valet Care Service Only Free of charge. The service in the restaurant was excellent. The waiter suggested the chicken schnitzel... More

We had a party of 8. We arrived 15 min early and were told they could not seat us early. Asked to go to bar. Had to wait for them to set up a table. There were maybe 5 people having drinks. Drinks one round took 30 minutes to order and have delivered. Finally were seated in a very empty... More
