The St. Regis Bar offers a light menu created by Jean-Georges Culinary Concepts and a variety of specialty cocktails. Honoring a long-standing tradition, each St. Regis hotel creates its own signature Bloody Mary—a variation on the original recipe dating back to 1934 in New York. At The St. Regis Deer Valley, 7452 Mary (a nod to the resort's altitude) is an enticing blend of fine oat-distilled Vodka 7000 from local High West Distillery and a regional salt rim garnished with a Wasabi-Celery foam. Also paying homage to St. Regis tradition, the bar is graced with a commissioned mural. Nice place to Apre' Ski!

We heard the Bloody Mary's were not to be missed here. My husband had one and it was good but $16 was a little steep. You are no doubt paying for the ambience which this place has and it was a great experience to sit and look out over the mountain and watch the skiers. We took the Furnicular to... read more

I was expecting the bar to be similar to JG Grill but with a more casual menu and atmosphere. I was surprised at how chaotic and uncomfortable the experience was. The place is filthy - popcorn all over the floor and banquets, dirty dishes piled high, lots of food in the rugs and the carpet sweepers are left untouched leaning... More

this bar is excellent. However, we actually had a drink in the bar and then dinner in the restaurant later. Both are well above the average. Prices reflect the quality and location of the venue. The drinks are well prepared although somewhat pricey. The food is excellent. I've been going there yearly since it opened and would recommend it to... More

We were staying in the Canyons, so lunch at the St Regis provided an excellent opportunity to explore Deer Valley. The food and drinks were outstanding, as was the service. The Black Truffle Pizza is a MUST, as is their signature Bloody Mary with wasabi foam. I also enjoyed a Sego Lily mimosa. DH's burger is one of the best... More

Don't miss the tale of the St. Regis and the champagne saber at 5:30. Beautiful mountain view. Take the funicular to the top and relax and enjoy! Breathtaking!

Lunch in the winter is not to be missed. They usually grill a few different meats and then offer sides and salads and soups. The service is great and the buffet is a favorite with the kids because they have an amazing desert bar with jars of candy and tiny cotton candy. A favorite with the adults is their signature... This is a beautiful bar! The views are wonderful, but it was so crowded that we couldn't even order a drink - not that anyone asked. We felt predominantly invisible there, and finally just left after 45 minutes of waiting.

Beautiful views and great service at the St Regis, as always. We had an outdoor table and watched the sun go down after a fun day at Deer Valley.

The St. Regis has all the makings for a great place. We stopped there shortly after noon for lunch and their famous Bloody Mary. We were sitting on the patio - 15 minutes later we are still waiting. My friend got up and asked for a waiter - and was told he would be there shortly. 10 minutes later he... More
