The St. Regis Bar offers a light menu created by Jean-Georges Culinary Concepts and a variety of specialty cocktails. Honoring a long-standing tradition, each St. Regis hotel creates its own signature Bloody Mary—a variation on the original recipe dating back to 1934 in New York. At The St. Regis Deer Valley, 7452 Mary (a nod to the resort's altitude) is an enticing blend of fine oat-distilled Vodka 7000 from local High West Distillery and a regional salt rim garnished with a Wasabi-Celery foam. Also paying homage to St. Regis tradition, the bar is graced with a commissioned mural. The St. Regis Deer Valley Bar features a triptych reflecting Park City’s history as a silver mining town by artist Phillip Buller.

The St. Regis has all the makings for a great place. We stopped there shortly after noon for lunch and their famous Bloody Mary. We were sitting on the patio - 15 minutes later we are still waiting. My friend got up and asked for a waiter - and was told he would be there shortly. 10 minutes... read more

Two of us made a special trip to the St. Regis for cocktails and had a lovely time. Had the fondue with our drinks, and it was so ample and good we opted out of our later dinner plans. Enjoyed the ritual champagne opening and sampling afterwards.

Food and service was just okay (drinks came really slow and it wasn't crowded). I love the après ski on the outdoor patio and think the bar menu is better!

What a great place to spend a couple of hours in the outdoor bar with a martini in hand and great hors d'heur. The surrounding was specular with snow-capped mountains. Service was attentive and the price was not exorbitant. We were glad that we had a great day to enjoy the outdoor since it didn't feel as great when we... More

The bar offers mostly the same food as the J&G Grill, but in a more relaxed environment. The highlight of the bar is the outdoor drinks with heat lamps which is great apres-ski

Siting on top of a rock hill tor with a great view of the slopes. Too bad weather didn't permit us to eat outdoors. The restaurant is sterile. It has that ultra-modern minimalist décor. Didn't get that warm fuzzy Apine feeling you sort of hope for in a ski retreat. The food was ok. We have been to Jean-George Vongerichten's... More

We were in town on vacation with a group and one day my husband didn't snowboard so we took one other friend to check out the St. Regis after many recommendations. It took a little while to get a table and then get service but once we put in our orders everything came quickly. The pear and gorgonzola flatbread was... More

Anyone going to Park City should take the tram up to the St Regis Ice Bar. The ice castle is awesome with Champagne outside and a full bar inside. I had the best Bloody Mary I've ever had in my life there.

We were looking for a quick bite to eat as we were staying at the hotel. The bar was buzzing was happening. We saw several stars at it was Sundance. The service was friendly and helpful. We had the chicken sandwich which was the best chicken sandwich we have ever had! We went back the next day and had the... More
