Description: The St. Regis Bar offers a light menu created by Jean-Georges Culinary Concepts and a variety of specialty cocktails. Honoring a long-standing tradition, each St. Regis hotel creates its own signature Bloody Mary—a variation on the original recipe dating back to 1934 in New York. At The St. Regis Deer Valley, 7452 Mary (a nod to the resort's altitude) is an enticing blend of fine oat-distilled Vodka 7000 from local High West Distillery and a regional salt rim garnished with a Wasabi-Celery foam. Also paying homage to St. Regis tradition, the bar is graced with a commissioned mural. The St. Regis Deer Valley Bar features a triptych reflecting Park City’s history as a silver mining town by artist Phillip Buller.

We really enjoyed our stay at St Regis Deer Valley-except for the restaurant and bar there. Although we arrived before the "midnight" closing time on our first night, the bar was closed. The 2nd night, we came directly back to the hotel from a concert and were told they were closed even though we were told they'd be open. The... More

We only walked through this property but it is absolutely beautifully appointed, designed and the art is something worth seeing. The view out of the back of the hotel is gorgeous.

We went for an early lunch and were lucky enough to get one of the outside tables. The weather, the view, the service and the food....all excellent. For starters, we had the award winning Bloody Mary. We loved the little pipette that came with it. You could spice it up drop by drop. Be prepared though....this drink is $16.50. Our... More

We are Park City half timers, spending most of our summers here for the past nine years. Enjoying live music in the mountains, we frequent several of Park City's music venues. This Sunday, we visited the St. Regis Terrace for the afternoon buffet and the music of Eric & Joy, a local favorite duo. The music resounded beautifully with the... More

We heard that the sunset from the Bar at the St. Regis was the best in Park City for Sunset. So we gave it a try. The food is spectacular, one of the best bloody mary's i have had in a while and the view of the valley was great. However, I will let you know that the sunset views... More

Everyone raves about the place. Maybe we were there on an off day or something. We had overpriced cheeseburgers and fries for lunch. View was great. But, overall I probably will not go back. Ride the funicular up and see what you think. Maybe you will be there on a great day and have a great time.

Was here for a conference and we went with one of the two bedroom suites with butler service and we were not disappointed what an amazing property with matching service. We will be back as we anyways talk about this vacation. Property is gorgeous, town was fun and very laid back, hotel staff and service was top notch.

Drinks are reasonably priced (considering the location). It's great to sit around at dusk and enjoy the view and sword ceremony.

We were not sure how to get there. As most reviews state, there is a funicular that takes you up to the hotel. The hotel address will take you to the funicular. We were there off season but found ample parking at the bottom. I read some negative reviews on another site about the service, but they could not have... More

Visited here first in March 2013, then again in March 2014. Feels like the prices have increased as it was expensive for relatively simple food. Cheeseburgers weren't good. Fries were cold. I had the lobster roll, was ok. My 7 year old daughters mac and cheese was the best of the bunch. We watched a champagne saboring on the deck.... More
