A truly gourmet Buffett with items for all. A little on the pricey side, but that is the Montage way. No complaints, this place is worth it!

The hotel and restaurant setting is amazing. The food at the buffet was great. The soups and salads were creative and delicious. The desert bar was tasty as well. Highly recommend Apex.

Very good buffet with a noodle bar and yummy kobe beef sliders. It's a treat to ski in and enjoy this location.

The Montage is a beautiful hotel, and we ate here so we could see it. The Apex was absolutely wonderful. The food was excellent all around and the staff was extremely knowledgeable and accomodating to our large party.
