You could make an entire evening out of a trip over to the St. Regis. We actually stayed overnight, but it's only 2.5 miles from Park City, so an easy drive. Take the funicular up the mountain and plan to be at the outdoor bar before 6:30 in time to enjoy the champagne toast and see the sabrage. Then have... More

The St. Regis and the J&G Grill are amazing. That's it. Hands down. Service was impeccable, the view outstanding, and the food was great. Now, this isn't New York. They got their sauces a little wrong, and it's not the French Laundry. But it was reasonably priced for the St. Regis, and the veranda with the lit fires makes you... More

We had a large group dinner here. The food was above average...but not outstanding. The recipes seem fine, but the execution was a little lacking. My biggest complaint was the service. There was a large gap in time from serving the first person to the last. The plates weren't warm, and the food got cold quickly. The wait staff put... More

Best part of the restaurant was the ambiance. Beautiful night in Deer Valley, Bacon Brothers in concert, rode the funicular up to the resort. It was impressive. Dinner was good, I felt a little over priced. Service wasn't what it should have been. Overall, a fun outing & worth the trip up from Park City.

This was one of the best dinners we ever experienced. The location is wonderous. You will enjoy the unique ride up to the restaurant. Make reservation well in advance. Beyond the views and magnificent nature that abounds, the service is exquisite and the food is out of this world. It is expensive; so be prepared. Make this your splurge. We... More

What an excellent meal at J&G Grill in Park City! Thanks Trip Advisor! From the vernicular ride up, to the incredible setting, to the beautiful decor, and the top notch service. The waiters, all of them, went out of their way to make our dinner the most enjoyable it can be. I'm really particular about service, wine lists and stemware.... More

We've been meaning to try JG for months and finally had the chance. Not only was the menu amazing but the wine list was to die for. We had great service and very attentive and acini dating. Food came quick and it was simply Devine. Tuna tartare, beet carpaccio, tuna, and a few wonderful sides...no room for dessert but I... More

Food was great. Scenery even better. Service was attentive, yet not pretentious. Daughter and I have some food allergies and the server genuinely took them seriously--nice not to have to worry about being poisoned. Go for lunch or early dinner so you can actually see how gorgeous the surroundings are.

We've been eating at the JG Grill since it opened (six or so years ago), and the food and service are always superb. My only (small) complaint was that the portions were tiny for the prices and for our appetites ($18 for a salmon (under 3 ounces) or shrimp salad at lunch, $17 for a halibut sandwich). But when we... If you have time for a 2 hour lunch this may be the place for you. The food is very good however they really need to learn what 5 star service and attention to detail is if that's the ranking the want to achieve. We arrived for our dinner reservation on time and our table was not ready, the hostess... More
