Make sure you have a reservation, we were lucky and they found us a table after seating all the people with reservations who came in after us. I had very good duck, but we would only rate my partners' fried chicken as acceptable. Over all the food was very good.

We stumbled into Talisker while on a wait list elsewhere and had an enjoyable meal. Not everything was excellent -- the lobster beignets were flavorless -- but we really enjoyed the beef cheek tortellini, char, and duck. Great ambiance, especially in the middle room. Wine pours were a little light. Would return.

a delightful atmosphere and a welcoming server named Leon. Being foodies that have dined all over the world, we were excited to try a variety of the interesting menu. To start, the beef cheek tortellini & lobster and crab were recommended. We were underwhelmed by both. We could not taste the beef cheek in the pasta and the seafood beignets... More

Worst customer service experience ever. Will was beyond rude and completely unprofessional. We will never set foot in that establishment again!

I had the lamb. It was four very small slices of lamb. The lamb was fine. Nothing special, but it was cooked nicely. It came with these carrots and vegetable filled pastry thing. Both looked good, but neither tasted good. The mixture of spices and sauce was very strong and it overpowered the vegetables. My daughter had the polenta which... More

I notice this restaurant has received some poor reviews - our experience was different. The food was interesting, attractively presented and served with panache. I'm not sure why it has recently attracted poor reviews - my only slightly negative complaint would be the closeness of tables and noise of conversation - on the other hand this added to the ambience.... We had a dreadful evening there. We got the frigid table but we didn't say anything, I kept my coat on. We were getting terrible service, we said nothing as we were out for a good night, but when my main course came, half of it was cold, I mean you could tell it had been in the fridge. We... More

For many years, we have made a dinner at Talker a component of our annual Deer Valley ski trip. Not any more after last nights experience. We got off to a bad start by being seated in a table for two smack in the middle of the room. Almost every passing person, including our waiter, banged against my wife chair.... More

Have struggled with this review. For us TOM used to be the "go to" place when visiting Park City. Tried it last year, but thought something was off. Wanted to give it one more shot this year, but came away with the same feeling. If you are someone or thought to be someone, you will attract a great deal of... More

Our server Tiffany was very attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. She helped guide us to our dinner choices of Fried Chicken (seriously) and an average ribeye. The absolute best part of the meal was a hand made biscuit drenched in local honey. They could sell it for desert. The dinner was expensive but that was expected. The ambiance was... More
