Met a group of 10 friends In Park City at the end of summer for a quick weekend reunion. Lots of restaurants to choose from so we really read up on Tripadvisor and got recommendations from friends. Arrived at High West Saloon early so we could have a few drinks at the bar. If we had just spent the whole... More

Neat old timely atmosphere, was an old stable for miner in 1800's I think. Small plates to taste different things. Beef and pork the best. I had a mint Julio made with their Campfire whiskey that was a blend of bourbon whiskey, scotch, and maybe rye...whatever it was great! Icey steel cup although the mint sprig was wilted.

Heard about this in Sky Mag and should have known it would be pricey. For about 10 bucks a drink plus tip, its hard to really recommend this place. Its cool, but man you are going to drop a large bill up in here. G

This place is a must when visiting Park City! I highly recommend the High West Lemonade. It has the perfect amount of spice and is incredibly smooth. I do not love whiskey, but it is the perfect combination. My husband had the lemonade with vodka and pomegranate and truly enjoyed it. The Big Smooth was also delicious. It came highly... More

We visited High West four times over a five-day visit to Park City, including both lunch and dinner. The food is creative and excellent. The small plates are terrific options and allow you to save room for dessert. Had the burger for lunch one day and it was outstanding. The tri-tip in the small plate was also terrific. The dessert... Don't be fooled by the shabby-chic exterior, High West is an elegant, if casual, whiskey bar. The signature cocktails are amazing, even if you are not a whiskey drinker and the menu is clearly designed to complement their homemade spirits. The menu selection is sure to please everyone and the combination of flavors and textures is well planned and satisfying.

My husband had been dying to check this place out. Our food was delicious! However, the price of dinner was a little steep for what we got I thought. I would go back, but it would have to be for a special reason.

We went for dinner last night and the food was great. I especially liked the onion soup and the bacon wrapped shrimp, but all was superb and everybody felt that way...there were four of us. I also tried their "lemonade"' made with whiskey. It was a bit too sweet for me so I switched to a Manhatten and it was... More
