Was so excited to eat here. Read excellent reviews and the person who set up the event had eaten there before and raved about it. She called a month before our trip and asked to make a reservation. She was told they did not take reservations, and that we should just come and put our name in, and to expect... More

I took a day off from skiing and went here with a friend. The tour was very interesting and informative. Our guide was knowledgeable and made the tour fun. The place had an old West vibe. Restaurant was a little pricy but very good. Flight of whiskey samples cost $14, well worth it.

We wandered in for lunch into this Old Park City historic building that has been rehabbed and made into a welcoming, fun eatery with a menu that has so many temptations on it that it was difficult to choose what to order---so we ordered a spate of offerings. Our server, Walt, was warm, had a nice sense of humor and... More

Went to High West for a night cap. They warned us that the bar was standing room only but we managed to snagg a table and a couple of chairs. The server told us that we would have to get our drinks from the bar since they didn't have enough staff for dinner service. Thought that was a little unfriendly... More

Drinks wine and food were all outstanding. Kudos to our server Sasha who was knowledge about the drinks and the menu and was so attentive to all our needs. The pot pie was the best I have ever had. My daughter loved her salmon. My soup special a came out piping out and was so good. It was a unique... More

An experience is to be had here. First, try some of the whiskies, then go to the food. We shared the waguyu steak amongst the people we were dining with. This meat was stunning. Such a large piece of meat, so perfectly cooked. This is a very busy establishment, yet the staff are attentive.

Here is a fantastic alternative to the standard mountain food. Ski to the town lift and take a right before the bridge...easy peasy. HW has some very creative cocktails and even a good beer selection. The food is good, but not a "do not miss" in Park City, but you'll need it to counter the cocktails if you plan on... More

Dear giamoody... Thanks for your review and your kind words around the food and attention of your waiter. Sometimes we get stuck and food service can get staggered. We're thrilled your server took the steps to make it right for your group and we look forward to your return visit next year! Cheers... Ted Russell Boosway More

This is a very popular place. When we got there they told us the wait was 2.5 hours, but that sometimes people drop off the waiting list so it might be sooner. We figured we'd risk the sooner option. First we had a drink at the outdoor ice bar. That was - no pun intended - cool. We had hot... More

Dear TGV3... Thanks for your patience! We appreciate the fact that you took a risk and were rewarded, at least minus the smells. Our 100 year old building does have an inherent "mustiness" to it as over 80% of our entire building is orignal - it's part of it history and allure. We look forward to your next visit to... More
