Try the popcorn and chips!

We rolled in to Park City around 9 on a Friday night and were quickly seated at High West. Loved my reasonably price bourbon and ginger and the popcorn and chips as we waited for hamburgers. Comfort food in a vacation-like setting - we'll be back.

We drove in to Park City on a Sunday early evening and stopped at the High West Distillery for a late lunch, as it came highly recommended. Luckily, we got what was probably the last free table in the place. Service was pretty good, maybe a bit slow, but the place got jammed with people about 15 minutes after we... More

We started with the Distillery Tour which was really enjoyable (with a flight of four whiskey samples), very interesting and very well conducted; then we has a light lunch in the restaurant which just hit the spot! My wife had the soup of the day with her favorite whiskey from the tour - perfect for her! I had the Bean... More

We attempted to get in for dinner twice and were told the first time that the wait was 1.5 hours and the second time that they didn't do tables of 7. Really? Ended up having lunch there which was the same menu. We had the soft pretzel for an appetizer which was a unbelievably small. My wife had the buffalo... More

We've been going here for years and have liked it every time. The food is very good and the service nicely attentive. It's also interesting to take the tour of the distillery - rather a unique idea in a restaurant. I'm not much of wiskey drinker but my friends say it's very good and my wife loves it - especially... Our son had recommended this spot… he had enjoyed it for dinner during his visit in January. We tried to go for dinner one night during the crowded President's Week, but alas, at 6:30 they were no longer adding names to the wait list. So we paid a return visit the following day for a late lunch around 2, before... More

High West Distillery is just that, a distillery that also serves food. The distillery and saloon are located in a building that was an old automobile garage with all the charm of an historic location. The food is good although the spirits are where they shine. They produce a couple different, very tasty rye whiskeys in addition to a bourbon... More

Unique little distillery and restaurant you need to try out when in Park City. The food is great, the service is superior, and their spirits are top notch!

This is a must do when you are in Park City. After a day of skiing, nothing warms you up like a tasting flight of hand crafted whiskies made in house. I was expecting typical bar food but they have reasonably priced eclectic menu. The bison sausage rolls and shishito pepper appetizers were to die for and the chicken and... More

The food was all delicious, and the staff really went above and beyond to accommodate us and our two kids. They brought us some complimentary appetizers while we waited and the waiter served us as quickly as he could (our kids were starving)! However, we waited for 1.5 hours! That was a hard pill to swallow, and we won't plan... More
