Never knew I liked Bourbon!

As a cognac drinker who does not like Scotch I was persuaded to try a flight of Bourbon, and I liked it. Far from being a connoisseur I can't tell you what to drink but Holly will educate you as she did me, and Kimberlin should have a blend named after her! The staff were all super nice.

Tried 4 times to get in as it came highly recommend from several people. It will get crowded, but that is a good indication of what you get. Finally made it in for lunch and were not disappointed. Décor is a combination of rustic mountain and modern touches. Menu was well thought out and contained several inviting options. All our... More

They claim to be a distillery but Utah controls all liquor mfg, so I'm confused. Either way, it a great marketing idea, I loved the food and the odor of distilling whiskey. Very hard to get in (no reservations taken, for most people), and service is strained. Food itself it very good and the liquor is great. Now for the... More

The food was awesome and so was the service. Even though we do not drink, we still enjoyed this place a lot and would go there again.

We went here for pre-dinner cocktails and enjoyed. I particularly enjoyed the High West lemonade - vodka and lemonade concoction. It gets very crowded so I recommend going early - not sure if they take dinner reservations. They even limit the number of people that they allow in the saloon at a given time. Cool fun spot though if you... More

Loved their food--I tried the bison cottage pie, which was outstanding. The appetizers and cocktails were quite tasty as well. My only complaint would probably be the wait. You definitely need to be prepared for a long line. The first night we tried to go, they told us "maybe" they could squeeze us in at 9:30 PM--we passed and went... More

We had heard about the High West Saloon and the 2 hour wait for dinner, so we went for lunch. Great food and service!

You have read all the reviews and you know you are going to visit. When you do, relax and hang out. The food and drinks here are amazing. I had thought they would be based on what I had read. What I didn't expect was to have such a friendly atmosphere on the slopes. This place is a blend of... More

This place is hit or miss. Good service the first time, literally the worst service my family ever had the second time. Food came in unacceptable stages( forgotten fries came last AFTER all meals were completed but the charge still remained). Drinks dry for a good 10 minutes AFTER requesting a waiter to come by. Menu requested for after dinner... More
