Great experience

I was with a large group that bought the Resturant out. This is the most unique dining experience I have had in a while. Great food.

Everything was superb. Food, service, atmosphere right on the ski slopes of Park City. Pricey, but not out of sight. Prices are comparable to other restaurants in the area.

The service was excellent. The food is located at 4 different massive fireplaces. The first fireplace was the raclette which is a special cheese that is melted and you then pick from cured meats with delicious sides. The second fireplace has various meats. We had veal with mushroom which was excellent, the trout was a little dry and the chicken... More

If you are in Utah and looking for a unique experience, I would put this on the list. All meals are cooked by the fireplace. It's a very Norwegian style. They have huge blocks of cheese that you want melt and are served to you with bread. There is a mixture of meat, stews, vegetables and deserts. This is an... More

After lots of dining out during a fabulous ski week at Deer Valley, my daughter suggested this interesting multi-station dining experience. From your home base table you visit each of several fireside stations (5) and select your just cooked food from very friendly chefs who are eager to talk about the food and its preparation. The cheese racclette, with terrific... More

Our evening at Fireside was a very special one because it was a family reunion (17 total) and a 50th wedding anniversary. The staff at Fireside went out of their way to make our experience a wonderful one. I found the food good, I tried about four of the stations, and I was impressed with each one. The cheese station... Such a fun dinner experience for everyone...ages 7-65. My kids loved the fireplaces and were more willing to try new foods this way. The staff was EXCELLENT when it came to dealing with food allergies and went out if their way to make sure everyone was safe and able to enjoy the vast offerings still. Highly recommended!!!

I love the cheese. I go back for three courses of cheese, which is slightly ridiculous, I know. The rest of the food is also good, but the cheese is amazing. It is also fun to have a dinner where you aren't stuck in your seat the whole time. You get to get up and walk around a bit, talk... More

We were a party of 3 and lucked out to get a reservation at Fireside Dining on a holiday weekend. We arrived a bit early so stopped over at the Montage for a drink before heading over for dinner. Once seated, the service was attentive and constantly cleaning away plates and refilling glasses. Our server explained the process and we... More

A Visit to Park City just isn't complete without a Fireside dining experience. This traditional Swiss dinner is not just great food but the atmosphere makes everything extra special. The cheese melting inside the giant fireplace, lamb roasting over an open fire and don't get me started with the desserts. Come hungry and be sure to plan ahead with reservations... More
