Unfortunately, the town of Panguitch has so few dining options in the wintertime that Flying M was the only place to go to on a Saturday night. It was completely empty at 8 pm, and the food was very lackluster at best. The staff was friendly but the good service wasn't enough to offset the sub par... read more

Looked for a place away from the expensive restaurants in and near Bryce. This place is it! Great food at reasonable prices

The front desk staff at the motel referred us here. It doesn't look particularly special but OMG the breakfast we had was outstanding. Wonderful food, good service, good location, reasonable pricing--we thought it was excellent.

The flying M was excellent! Some of the best food we had on our trip! Super friendly staff and our server was so sweet, I think her name was Liz... After we finished out delicious meal our server came over to our table with some of the best sweet rolls we ever had..The cooks were changing shifts and stopped by... More

A midday stop at a somewhat unimposing restaurant called the "Flying M" along US 89 in the small town of Panguitch, UT which lies northwest of Bryce Canyon NP, not expecting a lot, turned out to be a memorable experience. My wife ordered a club with fries; I had a cheeseburger with potato salad. All were superbly prepared with excellent... More

We had breakfast at he Flying M and it was great. My husband had eggs, sausage, and pancaks, and he couldn't finish it all. I had the pancakes, just get an order of two as these are the largest pancakes you'll ever find anywhere. They were light and fluffy and served hot. The service was good and the waitress very... In this sleepy, close down before night fall, kind of town it's not easy to find food at your beckon call. On our trip we wanted a quick bite to take back to the room. However, Subway closed, the main market closed and seemed the whole town closed...and it was early. Well early to us outside city folk. LOL Needless... More

When traveling through places you always wonder - is this place going to be any good? How much is it? And so on... I saw this on my google map and we decided to try it. Checked trip advisor reviews which at the time only gave it 3 stars but Google reviews have 3.5 stars. Our experience was definitely 4... More

My husband and I spent two days in Bryce Canyon. As there was only one restaurant there (in the hotel), we drove into Paguitch one day looking for something different. We love diners, so we decided to give this a try. The decor is tired. I don't mind old or places with character, but the Flying M could use a... More

The restaurant was the only one open in town in late October. The carpet was dirty and the booths in terrible condition. My bench seat was ripped and extremely saggy. We would have asked to be moved but there were no other available booths and all looked to be in pretty poor condition. I had their turkey pot pie which... More
