Best hand dipped ice cream in town

I stop in this shop whenever I am in town, I lived about 10 miles away. It is in the same building where the movie house is, so it is great for a bite of ice cream then, too. I never had a meal there, although it was offered. But the ice cream, yummy!

This place is like a three for one!! Food, Ice Cream & Movies all in one place. The food here is outstanding, and everything is homemade!!! A must to do while in town.

This is a causal restaurant inside the movie theatre bldg. The food selection is small, however something for everyone. We had the chicken Parmesan which was wonderful. I had mine the traditional way and my guy who isn't big on pasta had his with a side of fries (big steak fries). It come with a side of salad or soup.... More

Very nice atmosphere, good icecream and lovely owner ! The room is very nice with a retro style. You feel like if you were in a cinema in the 90's: pop corn, very good home-made icecreams and movie posters... It is also very amazing to see a lot of people going through the restaurant and buy a ticket for the... More

Mainly an ice cream place, but they have some nice dinner / lunch selections. Prices are a little higher than I expected, but still pretty cheap. Tasty food!

I was not so impressed by the ice-cream and the breakfast, but the place is definetely very cute and the service is very friendly - so I would still recommend to stop there.

We popped in to buy ice cream and enjoyed trying three small scoops each (the minimum you can buy!). There was a good choice of interesting home made flavours and we weren't disappointed with our selection. We sat at the tables outside watching the world (well, Panguitch) go by. There are plenty of tables inside too.

We arrived here after an entire day in Bryce Canyon National Park for dinner. Although it seems like an ice cream place only, the food was very good and the service was very friendly. The soup and meatballs were great, and you even get a scoop of ice cream after your dinner which was a great addition!

Arrived in Panguitch around dusk (sounds like a good old cowboy story doesn't it???), and we were ready for some good local action (ice cream). We found it at Scoops From The Past. Great atmosphere and friendly folks getting our orders. Stop in and grab a cone, then take a stroll through the town of Panguitch. We had a great... More
