We were made welcome with a jolly waiter. Ordered the Combo & eat the lot, great smokey flavour. No room for deserts! Great local beer. Service was quick and efficient. Popular place, enjoyed it.

Just so you know.....cash only and no liquor just beer and wine like many places in Utah. Had the sirloin steak and it was excellent. Nice thick steak and no grizzle. The green beans were kind of tough but overall enjoyed our stop. We went early so we did not have to wait at all.

I typically stop at this restaurant a couple of times a year when passing through the area. This year it seams to be a challenge. I stopped on July 22 a Tuesday...it was closed. Again I stopped while driving through on Labor Day, closed again. This is really disappointing, I can only assume the worst. At the very least its... More

Pulled pork is good, not great, but be cautious of the steaks. If you are familiar with the brand Omaha Steaks, they are MUCH better. All the steaks were thin (even though we were told they would be thick), lots of gristle, (they tried to say it was marbleized fat - absolutely not!) Most embarrassing is that many Europeans come... I visited Bryce Canyon and this restaurant is the best option in this small town. When you approach the restaurant you can smell a delicious smoked flavor of their meats. I ordered a combination plate so you can have smoked brisket, ribs and sausage. They have a large variety of side sides to choose. My friend ordered a steak and... More

The food was plentiful and flavorful. Service was good. Beer only - no wine yet. However, we tried to go there last night, when they were supposed to be open, but they weren't. Apparently, this is not an uncommon occurrence. If they're open - go - but have an alternative plan!

Had to wait over an hour. Very crowded & loud. Service was slow. 3 of the 4 people ordered the ribeye's - they were tough and not very tasty. The 4th ordered the pulled pork platter and it was very good.

The Cowboy Smokehouse is a fantastic place to eat when in Panguitch. You can expect to wait to be seated if you eat later, but the wait is well worth it. We shared a table with a couple that we met while waiting. The ribs were fall off the bone delicious, my wife had the smoked turkey and the plate... More

Visited on our way back from Moab. The smoke house was packed out and we had to put our name down on a list. The server was very attentive and within 5 minutes we were at our table, we'll worth the 5 minute wait. The food was great we went for the 3 meat platter with fries and salad. The... More

Just visited the Cowboy's Smokehouse this evening, and it is the absolute star of Panguitch. Friendly service, very generous portions. All the meat is cooked in a smoker, it really locks in the flavor, and the whole restaurant smells of the smoke, it's incredible. For sides, don't miss the yam! For my fellow southerners, the BBQ sauce is sweet and... More
