We Were Happy

Cowboy's Smoke House is a comfortable, friendly place in a small town. The people there make you feel like you're in their home instead of a public place. The food was very good, with good service. The homemade soup was excellent, and tasted like it had come from my own kitchen. They have dinners... read more

Just passing thru and staying for the night. Had to find a place to eat. Panquitch UT kinda a small town. We're not familiar with the area so this Cowboy's Smoke House and tried it. This is the bar-b-q hidden jewel of Utah. As soon as I parked and got out of the car I could smell the smoke pit.... More

We drove 20 miles to eat here, on a Monday, after checking on the hours posted on Trip Advisor. The sign outside the restaurant said "Monday: Closed". A waste of time and gas and we never got to try the food!

Be aware of the Fact that they do not take credit cards. They also do not serve all what is on their card. The service was slow.

We rolled into the main st looking for a restaurant but there only seemed to be 3 choices unless you wanted junk food. A Cafe, a Mexican and this unassuming BBQ. The portions were a good size (not too big) . My husband ordered the sausages which were delicious. I opted for the pulled pork which was a little dry.... More

Wonderful place to eat on hwy 89 returning from Capital Reef. Four different food orders at our table, all fabulous. The desserts we took to go, peach cobbler, apple pie, etc, were delicious the next day for our breakfast.

This is the second time I have visited Bryce and knew that I had to come here again. It is located on Main Street, so you do have to drive passed the Route 12 turn-off to the Park and keep going on 89 for another 7 miles to get to town. I have had the ribs before and they are... More

Reasonably priced and delicious. Good menu featuring barbecue and steaks. Pulled pork salad out of this world. Waiting for wine service approval. Limited but good beer list. Cute cowboy decor. Friendly service
