Bottom line: the most delicious bbq'd meats on. the. planet. generously served alone with sides or on on a fabulous bun. What to expect: easy/casual dining (order and pick up at the counter) Picnic style tables. Self serve soda fountain. Meals served on butcher paper. No fuss, but I like it that... read more

I had the ribs and they were very tasty. The only problem I had was with the pricing; they charged for the ribs by weight. For 5 ribs I paid about $20. I typically will do my own BBQ--baby back ribs, St. Louis Ribs, or Tri Tip--because I love it so much. I can be very picky about the food... More

Bam Bam's has the best ribs that I have tasted in Utah. In fact, the best I have tasted in the Intermountain West. I have spent a lot of time in the South, and Bam Bam's ribs and brisket are as good as you will find anywhere. For that, it is worth stopping. However, the sides dishes like the coleslaw... More

I lived in Texas for 12 years and had lots of brisket and this is better than anything I've ever eaten. I suggest this over any BBQ in the sate.

I will start with the cons, and end with the pros--this way, the review may not leave a bad taste in your mouth... Cons 1) $10 per half pound of meat--that was just two slices of brisket--lacked flavor 2) Asked for a tip before I ever experience the service or food 3) Slaw was bland and flavorless--try more vinegar, sugar,... There aren't too many good bbq joint in Utah County, so I was excited to try Bam Bam because of the good reviews. I was pretty disappointed. The food was ok. The prices were high for the portions, and you have to pay if you want sides. They're not included. I "might" try it again.

We lived in Texas for 10 years and we know good barbecue. ("Barbecue" there is slow cooked meats as opposed to "barbecue" in Utah being grilled hamburgers and hotdogs.) Bam Bam's does brisket right - it was tender and tasty. My husband always asks for the cut off the wet end meaning the fatty end. Any cut would taste good... More
