Good roadhouse food.

The Texas Roadhouse in Orem is VERY busy so I would advise going early (like 5-5:30) or making sure to call before you go to get your name on the waiting list. (you can call up to 90 minutes pre arrival to cut down on your wait time.) The first time we tried to go we were told a wait... read more

Been to several Texas Roadhouse's. This one was kind of weak. Went with a party of 6, three of the entrees came back cooked poorly. 1) Badly burnt ribs 2) Rare filet, instead of medium 3) Rare sirloin instead of medium. (Really rare) We aren't really picky, but had to send back 3 of our six meals. The Chicken Fried... More

Really really poor service, loud really loud, my chicken fried sirloin was mostly gristle. I ordered a beer and was told that the State of Utah was fining them for not asking for a year of birth and I could not be served until I gave him my year of birth, I am 63 and look like I am 63.... More

You know what happens when you take the bar out of a Texas Roadhouse? You get another Utah chain restaurant filled with families and their kids, with no section for adults to escape and enjoy their meal in an adult atmosphere. We used to enjoy Orem's Texas Roadhouse, but there's no longer a reason to go there. What a shame.

I can't believe the kids that work here haven't been fired. Rude, unprofessional, indecent and just a joke. The food is good, but the overall experience is just a joke. We called ahead, and still waited 2 hours! Our out of state friends were beyond upset at the waiters. So disappointed and dissatisfied.

This place has pretty good food but the total experience turned us off. On our last (and probably last) visit we finally said it was the last straw. (We came because we had been given a gift card for the place.) Ya, it's loud. I've come to expect that. But the final disappointment was that the waiter had obviously been... More

This Texas Roadhouse location always has a wait time no matter what time you arrive so do yourself a favor and use call ahead seating. It is located in the mall parking lot and it's busy all the time. Hostess was friendly and fast, waitress was friendly and fast. Salmon dinner for under $20. Had a coupon for the appetizer,... More

The wait times on a weekend when 8 have gone, are sometimes upward of 90 minutes, but the food is great for the price.

The food here is so-so . I love the rolls, but that is not enough for me to spend money here. I'd rather go to Outback for a great steak or prime rib. It is very loud and the seating is limited for larger groups that 6. If you like peanuts - this is the place for you.

We visited the Orem Texas Roadhouse three times over the summer, giving us plenty of opportunity to observe the place and the people in different settings, at different times of day, and with differing types of groups. Overall, the place is good and aspects of it are possibly even very good. Rating-wise, I am rounding up to four stars, however... More
