Seems like a Texas environment to me

Great steak and sides if you don't mind eating in an environment where everyone is talking between bites and you think that a bucking bronco might come out of a nearby gate any minute. We usually enjoy a little quieter environment because we might be with friends we have not talked with for some... read more

That's the ground round platter. My favorite thing on the menu. Made with cheese, onions, and cheese with a side of veggies. Great place to take families.

My take out fall off the bone ribs were WAY over cooked and they made me wait 45 minutes when they told me 20. Poor quality food and service.

After frequenting Texas Roadhouse restaurants while living in Texas, we figured one outside of Texas in Orem might not hold par. This location was just as good (if not better) than the others! There was no wait time (it was Sunday in Utah after all) and the staff was all extremely friendly. We had one of the better waitresses I've... More

The waiter was decent. He provided us extra lemon with each refill which is rare. Steaks were okay a bit overcooked. Was there on a Wednesday. My boyfriend got ribs and they were quite bland. We are fans of t.r and I was surprised of the food here this time but I will probably return.

The Texas Roadhouse in Orem is VERY busy so I would advise going early (like 5-5:30) or making sure to call before you go to get your name on the waiting list. (you can call up to 90 minutes pre arrival to cut down on your wait time.) The first time we tried to go we were told a wait... More

Been to several Texas Roadhouse's. This one was kind of weak. Went with a party of 6, three of the entrees came back cooked poorly. 1) Badly burnt ribs 2) Rare filet, instead of medium 3) Rare sirloin instead of medium. (Really rare) We aren't really picky, but had to send back 3 of our six meals. The Chicken Fried... More

Really really poor service, loud really loud, my chicken fried sirloin was mostly gristle. I ordered a beer and was told that the State of Utah was fining them for not asking for a year of birth and I could not be served until I gave him my year of birth, I am 63 and look like I am 63.... More

You know what happens when you take the bar out of a Texas Roadhouse? You get another Utah chain restaurant filled with families and their kids, with no section for adults to escape and enjoy their meal in an adult atmosphere. We used to enjoy Orem's Texas Roadhouse, but there's no longer a reason to go there. What a shame.

I can't believe the kids that work here haven't been fired. Rude, unprofessional, indecent and just a joke. The food is good, but the overall experience is just a joke. We called ahead, and still waited 2 hours! Our out of state friends were beyond upset at the waiters. So disappointed and dissatisfied.
