First visit--Excellent food

I read reviews and decided to give this place a try. I have been looking for a new closer Mexican restaurant with authentic food, reasonable prices closer to home. I enjoy the Red Iguana in Salt Lake City and the Southwestern Grill in Layton, but both involve some travel. So to get on with... read more

Im glad I read a few reviews and decided to try this place. We were a lil iffy because the strip mall joints are usually not the best. This place rocked. Great food and nice service. We will definatly stop by again next time we are in town. Try the Assad torts you wont be disappointed.

I was served Carne asada on the verge of being rotten.. I know because I make it myself all the time. I complained and they did not care.

So, we have driven past this restaurant so many times and never stopped. I am really sad it took an article in the local paper to make me stop and give this place a chance. We could never find a true Mexican restaurant we liked after one of our favorites from years ago decided to expand and went downhill. Well,... More

I visited here with family two months ago, so I can't remember exactly what I ordered. Our waiter seemed to not know the menu very well. I asked if my dish came with rice and beans. He replied with yes. He brought it out and there were no rice and beans to be found. I asked him why they were... More

Most mexican restaurants have "mostly american mexican food, and some authentic mexican food", however this restaurant gives you a little taste of Mexico, its so authentic. The owner is from Mexico, and she and her husband opened this restaurant here in Ogden. Prices are reasonable. Service is good and bad, like with most restaurants. I would suggest the owner/husband to... More

Great Food we had the chimichanga and the tostada special. Chips and salsa homemade and so good! Prices were resonable. Service was very good.

This is a great american mexican dive. My burrito was pretty good and my Wife's Pozole was awesome. I think we'll be back!
