Great buffet

I only occasionally sneak away to a buffet restaurant. It is really not the type of food that I eat anymore. BUT, buffets bring back wonderful childhood memories and Chuck-a-Rama is probably my favorite buffet. I am not in Utah very much lately, so I had to drop in when I was. Just thinking about my meal here makes me quiver with disgust it was vile!!! I know that it's cheap eating but really I think that the food and decor need dragging into the 20th century, and yes I did mean 20 not 21st even 20th would be an improvement. Would not recommend to anyone 😝

All our family flew into SLC and met at this restaurant. We had such a wonderful time. Enjoyed there wonderful meats and the salad bar is so fresh. My fave? The cornbread. Yummm. To quality food and something for everyone and every age. Love their seniors' prices.

I would never ever ever ever eat at chuck a Rama in Provo utah and we found a piece a hair inside the salad at all the manager said when we showed him the hair he you would say was can I make you a fresh salad. The other food also was very bland it wasn't worth the money.

My family loves buffet restaurants. Everyone can get what they want and as much as they want. Chuck a Rama is a little pricy, but the drink comes with the meal. Very good food and a very nice variety. They were out of one item and I attempted to tell a server about it, but the server did not understand... More

Chuck-a-Rama is one of my favorite buffets in Utah. The food options are great and for a buffet, the quality is great. I enjoy coming here because the food options can satisfy any one in your party even the pickiest of eaters. I also enjoy that the buffet price includes your drink and you have over 30 kinds of drinks... More

This is my favorite place hands down to eat in Utah. Good service, great food and clean. There are over 37 beverages to choose from. The pot roast with carrots, onions and potatoes by the carving table melts in your mouth. Best place for large parties. All you can eat of the best foods. Try a scone with the honey... More

The food selection here is very broad; not all of it is great, but there's plenty of good dishes to try. The corn bread was great, the coffee is tasty (wish they had half & half instead of just Coffee Mate). The Kettle Turkey is one of my favotires--where else are you going to get that?! It's like a stew... More

Chuck-a-Rama is a very good place to eat home made food without being home. Thanksgiving turkey, roast and ham. Fried chicken, scones, potatoes and everything to dress it up with. I love the drink selection. I only drink milk for dinner and I get all I want there. Food quality is higher than golden coral. If you get drinks at... More

I am not a fan of buffets, but was pleasantly surprised at how good everything was here. All the dishes looked very fresh, and the set-up was food court style. Prices were reasonable, and I found everything I tried as good or better than expected. I thought it was the best buffet I have encountered, though I admit I rarely... More
