The Steak was sub-par and the service was horrible- both times I went! On top of that one of my close friends worked there and their unofficial policy was to take water glasses from the tables (which had previously been used) and dump the water back into the pitchers to serve other guests! I have loved coming to the Timber Mine for years. Their steaks are always cooked exactly as asked and I love the deep fried mushrooms. Fabulous atmosphere, but ask to be seated in "The Mine" for real fun. A little pricey, but worth it! more

Comfortable, good food, and terrific service. The ambience is fun, and the booths are cozy. It is the first restaurant I have seen where it is possible to adjust your own lighting.
