We drove over from Park City after seeing the restaurant listed in the menu guide. Not only was the decor interesting but the food and service were both excellent. The shortbread cookies located by the door were some of the very best.

My wife, adult son and I were very pleased with the food, service and extremely interesting decor. One of the most restful fine dining experiences. Three very good entrees but the Schnitzel was the winner.

The food, service and atmosphere are absolutely superb! The Parmesan trout and the shrimp on creamy polenta were perfectly prepared. Desserts were excellent, especially the layered chocolate cake with Chantilly cream. The six course Sunday brunch was also excellent. Service is outstanding.

We have eaten at the Blue Boar numerous times. The presentation is always lovely and the staff is very attentive. Chef May makes subtle changes to successfully update dinner entree favorites. Desserts are always tempting. The "standard" breakfast, which is complimentary to Inn guests, is cooked to order. The Sunday Plated Brunch, also complimentary to Inn guests, is outstanding. Go... The concierge at Marriott Summit Watch recommended the scenic drive from Park City to Midway through the canyon. Her recommendation for lunch was The Blue Boar Inn, which is a B&B/restaurant in the style of what you would see in Switzerland. We dined on the porch and our sever Ellie took fabulous care of us. The food was outstanding but... More

We heard good reviews of the Blue Boar Restaurant in Midway, Utah. We had dinner there several nights ago. On a breezy summer evening, we ate out on the patio. Very pleasant. However, we had brought our own bottle of wine. When the bill came, it showed a charge for corking of $15. We consider that excessive. The prices were... More

Had an amazing dinner here - loved the escargot and gravlax - as well as the French onion soup. The staff is especially nice - will definitely be back again when in Midway.

A meal at the Blue Boar is a culinary experience as well as aesthetically pleasing. We have dined there several times and never were disappointed. And the service and attention to detail is excellent. The decor is wonderful and authentic. We have looked at the rooms too and they are lovely. We take all out of town visitors there for... More

We wanted to find somewhere exceptional after mediocre food at the homestead during our Memorial Day weekend and we found it with a Sunday brunch at the blue boar. From the moment we stepped in with 11 people (5 of them young kids) we were warmly greeted by Jay the inkeeper even though we could tell we weren't their typical... More

We recently stayed at the Blue Boar Inn in Midway Utah and had an amazing experience. The accommodations are so nice and uniquely Swiss as is the restaurant. The salmon for the breakfast was the most delicious i had ever had....very moist with an amazing sauce drizzled on it. The waitress was very helpful and warm. The best restaurant experience... More
