This was my first visit to Epic and I was pleasantly surprised. Casual but still very nicely appointed so it would be nice to go there not only for lunch but also for a relaxing dinner. The service was attentive and friendly. The menu has many tasty items to try at future visits. I ordered the salmon cakes which were... More

Enjoyed a very tasty lunch at a moderate price. The brick oven flatbread, three olive tapenade with humus was excellent as were the two wraps we enjoyed. Your taste buds will enjoy the new flavor explosions of their menu.

Let me start with the positives. I had a wonderful serve named Ashley. Pleasant, personable, polite, attentive but not overbearing. She read me as a customer, knowing I was not in a hurry and would not need to be doted over. Kudo’s to her. I enjoyed the acoustical guitar of Ryan Miller and was glad I was there on a... More

This is a favorite of my wife and mine. If you are tied of the usual chain restaurant options, try Epic. They offer a wide variety of choices. The flat bread appetizers are great. The salads are a feast as well. Make sure to try either one or the other. If you have both, you probably won't be able to... More

This is one of my favorites. The food is great! The portions are of good value and we love the menu. I do wish the pepper crusted steak would come back on the menu but nothing we have ordered was bad. We loove all of the flat bread options! Yummy!!!

I wish I had stayed in the Salt Lake area longer so I could eat here again! My dinner of pork medallions was excellent. Atmosphere was elegantly, one might say epicly, casual. I thought the food was very good for this style of restaurant.

The food is very good overall, but the hummus is incredible! Nice wine selection and friendly staff.

Let me preface this with the fact that I am a bit of a food snob - sorry. And I've eaten at Tiburon, Epic's sister restaurant, Tiburon's spin-off, wannabe, whatever you want to call it. And I love Tiburon. So when Tiburon's booked and I don't feel like having chain restaurant food, I go to Epic. Been there three times.... More

Seriously, I dream of the tenderloin with red wine reduction and blue cheese butter. I never order appetizers as a general rule, but at Epic, I am tempted to order more than one. This time, I got a flatbread with smoked salmon, caper cream cheese, and marinated onions. Holy yumminess! I wanted the grilled artichoke and a Mr. Morton's salad... More

This restaurant is across from the HI Express in Midvale and had very good food. They had a limited dinner menu (not sure if it's because they are under new management) but everything we ordered was very good. Service was slow but they had a wedding party in the back the night we were there.
