Unexpectedly good food

My request to exchange my steak's starchy accompaniment with greens was granted, and the presentation was very good and tasty. The salmon was also good to look at and tasted fine. The wine and brews list is small with some surprisingly good local brews for a state that mandates only 3... read more

We eat at Epic usually once a month. They have a great wine list. Our favorite dishes are the tenderloin with blue cheese butter - it is truly one of the more amazing things I've eaten. Make sure to check out the flatbreads as well - they are all VERY good. Our favorite is the chicken.

Two of the three dinners were fabulous! I had the grilled artichoke in clarified butter (leave the parmesan cheese off) and Mr. Martinez salad was excellent vinaigrette and greens! Mom had the shrimp coconut curry which was Tasty! My husband's dinner was the angel hair pasta which was a solid 4/5 dinner. We look forward to coming back to try... More

The food is ok, but watch your bill, they will add too much gratuity and sign your bill if you forget. We accidentally left out credit card and they forged our signature and gave themselves a huge tip! Manager was okay with it all.

My friends and I dined at Epic several years ago, and were not favorably impressed, On a recent trip to Salt Lake City, we decided to give the place another chance. We are still not impressed. This is especially disappointing, given the restaurant's affiliation with Tiburon, a more upscale and absolutely superb restaurant. What's favorable? The service is professional, the... More

We had the clams appetizer which had a rich wine and garlic broth and was very tasty. I had the hanger Steak with Dijon sauce, Spinach, and roast potatoes... Also very good. My son enjoyed the beef tenderloin. Service was good and gave honest advice about menu choices. Pricing is fair. We brought in a bottle of wine an paid... More

We eat here as a standby last minute, kinda not sure where we want to eat choice. I have had the steak here a few times and it was acceptable. I was not impressed with the canned mushrooms. My husband tend to have the fish and has not complained yet

A good fine-dining place for steaks or seafood. Excellent service. Nice presentation. With an open kitchen, you can watch the chefs knock themselves out putting the exact perfection onto your plate. Reservations recommended as they can be quite busy on special occasions like prom night.

Terrific service, great food, nice wine and beer selection. The waiting area is a little cramped but the service made up for it while we waited. I suggest the Hummus/Tapenade starter, 1/2 Ken's Salad and Saute'ed Pork Medallions.

We had a reservation. Seating was prompt and staff was attentive. We ordered the crab cake appetizer which came with a very refreshing red pepper slaw. I ordered from the prix fixe menu. My salad was forgotten by the staff. When I pointed it out after our main course arrived, I was given the choice to have it brought out... More
